Shannon - the fabulous blonde who gladly puts the bone to Iraqis, woman-beaters and her own brother - dies, apparently in the Nov. 9 episode, which is the first “Lost” installment of sweeps.

I hope it's a really dramatic episode where someone from the other side of the island gets across and gathers troops, causing shannon to die in an epic battle with the others, inevitably royally angering sayid who morphs into super soldier.
Knowing lost though, she'll probably just go for a fitness swim and drown.

or maybe a giagantic foot will swoop down a la monty python and squuuuush her to death. and then she will stick to the bottom of the foot like icky gum and make shwap noises every time the foot picks itself off the ground.

Or maybe she'll have a terrible dream, which will cause her to walk in her sleep, and she'll wander into the signal fire... this is fun. And sad... that we'd invent ways for a character to die.
I bet the producers spread a rumor that it would be shannon when in fact it will end up being someone else. It could happen. Honestly, I'd be surprised if they didn't pull another one on us.

i hope the others scalp her and hang her. and the other survivors find her in 2 months when the maggots and fungi and other creatures have rotted her flesh off of her bones.
i will feel sorry for sayid though, i love that guy. and by the way, wasnt he going to LA to see his long lost gf??? and now he's totally adoring shannon??? shame shame sayid! you could have done better.
