I'm still not decided on whether he's guilty or innocent, but I do think they'll find him not guilty. Perhaps they'll find him guilty of one of the lesser charges like, say, giving alcohol to a minor.

I don't necessarily believe Mike didn't do it. From what I've seen of this trial and family, there's no way MJ should be convicted. Thought I have my doubts, I'm leaning toward MJ simply been stuck in a childhood that's causing him adulthood anguish. He should be forced to seek professional help in either case.

Yes, it's a relationship alright- but it doesn't mean it's sexual.
After hearing most of the evidence, and the arguments from both sides- I couldn't put the charges on Michael. The story told by the prosecution witnesses have lots of holes, not to mention it sounds totally improbable that the events happened EXACTLY as the boy said it did. I'd be more inclined to believe the defense and their version of events.
In any event, based only on what I've heard and seen from the media reports, I'd have to vote "not guilty" if I was a juror.
Who knows what the jury will do, but it will be interesting to see the outcome and aftermath of this trial. We will have to wait 'n' see.
fuscia said this in post #8 : I think the prosecution was onto something when they said if you sleep with someone for 365 nights, it is a relationship.
If it wasn't sexual, they why weren't Jackson's kids in the room too? Daddy sleeps with strange kids, yet leaves his own alone to spend time with strangers?
I'm hoping that the jury will return a not guilty verdict on all 10 counts because this case has NOT ONE IOTA physical evidence for the claims. All based on "he said, she said and whatever other people said"... all wanting to make a buck off the mega super-star. If Michael Jackson didn't have two cents, no one would care and the world of 2200 journalists camping outside of the courthouse would have nothing to do.

Michael Jackson Jury Reaches Verdict -AP - 5 minutes ago
SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Michael Jackson's jury reached verdicts Monday in the child molestation and conspiracy case against the "King of Pop." A caravan of SUVs delivered Jackson to the courthouse about 95 minutes after the jury, which listened to 14 weeks of testimony and arguments, sent word of a decision. The panel deliberated about 30 hours over seven days.
More than 300 anxious fans and onlookers stood outside the courthouse, screaming and yelling.
Many waved signs in support of Jackson that read "Keep Michael Free" and stood atop step ladders to get a better look.
Jackson wins across the board and walks out a free man.
Not guilty of conspiracy.
Not guilty of lewd acts.
Not guilty of intoxicating minor.
NOt guilty of providing alcohol.
Not guilty of aiding and abetting in felony.
What the jurors didn't get to hear or see. From the witnesses lawyers chose not to call to evidence ruled inadmissible, some of the most intriguing details of Michael Jackson's molestation trial never made it to the jury.

A look at what the jury didn't hear: The blemished penis
The judge nixed photos and drawings of Michael Jackson's private parts. The images were collected during the 1993 investigation into the singer's allegedly inappropriate relationship with then-13-year-old Jordie Chandler.
Prosecutors hoped Chandler's drawing of Jackson's distinctive blemishes, allegedly corroborated by search-warrant photos, would prove Jackson was not 'shy and modest" with sleepover guests.
it's a bittersweet victory for me. Will I go wear my MJ shirts now.....no. Because eventhough he was found innocent, I found out more about my former idol than what I wanted to know.
Jacko is found NOT guilty. Nancy Grace is eating her CROW Sandwich along with all the MJ Haters out there. I like to see Diane Dimond take a couple of bites into that sandwich too.
It just shows that there are many who can't seem to give the benefit of the doubt to someone whom lives, thinks and acts differently then their way of life.
Michael is a super-icon and Janet the mom wants money, money, money. She's a convicted liar of welfare fraud, false disability claims and filing fraudulent previous lawsuits against J.C. Penny for which the mom and son had conspired to commit theft and larceny.
I'm glad that this NON-black jury saw through it and it feels so good to see EX-DA Sneddon retiring after 37 years of sleeping on the job after trying two decades to retaliate against Jackson by rushing into this molestation case . He is an incompetent prosecutor with bad professional judgement to believe liars as his star witness against Jackson. He should have known that when own State's Department of Youth investigated same claims and rendered a written report of "NO Evidence" that he would drop the case and instead get to waste more of California's taxpayer's money .
I listened to the jury press meeting and found them creditable and they acted as a jury should act when there is reasonable doubt. my objection is that it seems only celebrities get such a good jury deliberation. I believe that when an ordinary citizen is on trial that the jury will convict them even if it is only a feeling of guilt that they get from the overall case. But when a celebrity goes on trial they seem to go the extra mile and really look at any possibility that he or she maybe not guilty. So my point is that we should all get the same consideration that celebrities get, but I doubt that will ever happen.
Karma, you take care of it and it will take care of you.
