I'm going with Carrie, simply because I love her voice. I think that it is much more appealing. But, they are BOTH talented, and I think that they will both have good careers.

Vote for Carrie. The only thing Bo has over Carrie is seven years of life and several more years of stage experience. The experience and stage presence can and will be acquired by Carrie in short order, but Bo can never acquire the quality voice that Carrie has. It is what it is and always will be. Just listen to the individual voices in the group rendition of "When You Tell Me That You Love Me", for example, and note the substandard singing voice that Bo possesses.
Having said all that, I continue to predict that the Bo will be voted as the Idol for Season 4. And that speaks volumes about America's tastes in music these days. How sad (at least to this guy's eyes and ears).
Well, even though I want Carrie to win... I just don't get the amount of "hostility" that comes from you in regards to Bo. People like him... you don't. I happen to like him too. Goodness gracious... even I am beginning to feel like I'm listening to a record that won't stop playing. While you might not like him.... others really do. He has a very good voice... even if your ears say differently. There are thousands of people in this world who are wild over Elvis. I'm not... everyone has different tastes. But, sheesh.... to drag on and on and on. It's like this one win will effect your entire life or something.
Personally, I secretly hope that Carrie DOESNT win, just so that she gets a much better contract deal. I KNOW that she will....

I voted for Carrie and I will vote like crazy for her tonight. She has a better voice than Bo. I will predict that Bo will win. He has a huge fan base of over 30 women that are nuts for him. Carrie has a lot of people that do not like her.

Kris, I don't like Elvis myself. As for my repetitious proclamations of my dislike for the kind of stuff Bo puts out, it's my way of campaigning for Carrie. Nothing more. I really think she deserves to win. Whether she will fare better as #1 or #2 is questionable, but I think she rates the recognition.

I completely agree. Except..
The problem I have is that I like them both. I cant really say that I really like one over the other though because they have two totally distinct sounds. Sometimes I might be in the mood to listen to her, while other times, Id be more inclined to hear him...it all depends on my mood on a particular day. Though, on that note, I tend to listen to more upbeat music than not..so Bo would be more than likely in my CD player most of the time.
I dont care who wins at this point anymore. Out of all of them, I felt that these two were the best overall..so, to me, America got it right.
IMO, they are both gonna have great careers.
I still voted for Bo to win above...since I had to vote for one or the other...and thats just because he will be in my CD player more often....well, that and because, as Joan Jett would say, "I Love Rock n' Roll."
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)
"You might be the toughest little whacker. . .but in my world, you're about as worrisome as a cloudy day." (Dutch Dooley)
I enjoy both of their singing and do not have a preference.
I will admit though I probably won't be buying either one of their cd's, it just depends on the songs they choose and/or are handed to them.
I really would like a copy of that a capella song he sang last week though.
I prefer Bo a capella.
Carrie's voice is smooth and sweet, but not too sugary.
Carrie... I think that she did pretty damn good tonight. Her vocal cords are totally strained... but, she just shined tonight. Despite her nervousness. Though, Bo did GREAT!!!! They both win... no matter who's the winner tomorrow night.
