Three candidates left, two street smarts and one book smarts. But next week is the interview, and that is a whole new ballgame. Remember season 1, didn't Amy, who I still think is the best female candidate on any season, totally tanked in her interviews? Being a good interviewer does not necessarily equate to the best person for the job.
I think the edge in the interview could go to Kendra, the only book smart person left. When you are starting up businesses on your own, you have not been subjected to the interview process. If Tana and Craig have not had experience being interviewed, or interviewing someone else, then I would think they would be at a disadvantage.
I think Craig might falter, but I dont think Tana will. Kendra, I dont know, she doesnt come off to me being all there sometimes....
Having a degree doesnt necessarily make one more interview-worthy.
Being a real estate agent might help Kendra talk the talk but Tana has opened many businesses, which I assume she has had to interview people, and she is the top saleswoman for Mary Kay...and sales people can talk the talk as well....after all, isnt that basically the job of a real estate agent...selling a house, or condo?
I still think he will hire a women, but Im not sure Kendra is the answer...she doesnt seem to me to have that get up and go unless someone is helping lead her...she asks too many questions and the only time I have seen her assert herself is with Craig...and I think she does that to irk Craig....other than him, the others always seem to have intimidated her...and I think that what might hurt her.
BUT...I havent really been all that right about my picks this season, so this is just my opinion, and it very well could be wrong.
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)
