I'm curious is anybody here still discussing this case, and planning to follow the appeal??

On March 16, 2005 Scott was moved to death row at San Quentin Prison. For the first thirty days he was on orientation status, which means he could not have visitors or make phone calls. That status was lifted on April 16, 2005 and he was able to visit with his parents for an hour. Scott is still not allowed to make phone calls but he is able to receive letters. Letters to him are usually delivered 2-3 weeks after being sent. His address is:

On the legal front, the Peterson family and the Geragos law firm are interviewing appellate attorneys for the lengthy appeal process. A number of top flight attorneys have expressed an interest. The appeals process will begin this summer.
