Just saw a live shot in front of the hospice on CNN. Some nut of a woman is walking along the line of protesters and continuously blowing a horn.
You know what? Pray, cry, hold a sign, demonstrate peacefully or quietly but for God's sake, preserve the sanctity of why patients are in there. A hospice is not a place people go to recover. They go there to die with peace and dignity. This 3 ring circus with music troups, weird costumes, shouting, yelling, disturbing the peace, mayhem and now this ridiculous horn blower is disrupting the peaceful process for the 70 odd other patients at this facility. Terri is dead. The circus is over. These friggin clowns need to pack up their crap and get the hell out of town. I'm seriously tempted to go down there myself with a sign telling these attention hungry freaks to GO AWAY, but unlike these disrespectful, selfish A-holes, I refuse to add to this spectacle any further.

Since March 18, when Schiavo’s feeding tube was disconnected, a cadre of fervent demonstrators gathered outside Woodside Hospice to protest. Many slept in tents or sleeping bags, while others held signs and sang songs during their 13-day vigil.
Thursday morning, people burst into tears and threw down the signs they had been carrying as word spread that Schiavo had died.
“You saw a murder happening,” said Dominique Hanks, who had ridden her motorized wheelchair around the hospice every day since the tube was removed.
“Everybody who denied her right to live are accomplices to murder, and God knows,” Hanks said.
Disgusted with Bush
Patrick Bautch of Milwaukee disgustedly tossed away a sign that said “President Bush, Please Help Terri.”
“He could have done something,” Bautch said. “He was supposed to be for life and he neglected his role. ... The value of human life has just gone down the drain.”
A few feet away, a small group burst into hymns, singing the traditional song, “How Great Thou Art,” as Richard Jacobson, of Corning, N.Y., accompanied them on a tarnished trumpet.
Jacobson, who has been playing religious and patriotic music outside the hospice for the past three days, said he didn’t really believe that Terri was dead.
“I’m not believing the report of man,” the bearded man said. “God will raise her from the dead, and all the world will see it.”
After the announcement, Mike Stafford, of Hollywood, Fla., stood before police — who had arrested more than 50 people trying to bring water to Schiavo — gave the Nazi salute and shouted “Heil Hitler.”
“It’s really sick what we’ve seen here,” Stafford said.
Nice...

How about that comment from the guy who says God is going to raise Terri from the dead? Is she now the second coming of Christ? These people are fanatical, they need help.

Bush, the savior. What an endearing role.
Bush, for life. What a joke.
"The value of human life has just gone down the drain". I suppose only American lives have a value.
I hope these people recover from their delusions one day.

I think the people camped out at this place are fanatical!
The Schindlers told them time and time again to go home...these people cant even respect their wishes...
The guy that made that comment...those are the people that scare me. I can see someone like this killing someone. I mean the guy isnt living in reality after making a comment like that.
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

What I fear now is for Michael Schiavo and his other family's safety. Such people will not leave them alone. These rabid people will froth from their mouths, howl to the Moon and mercilessly haunt him, and the state will not be able to provide protection for him and his family forever.

I don't think these people will be really be any threat to Terri's family, they'll find a new cause to harp on about, maybe the Michael Jackson case or something, and then they'll all have forgotten about Terri in a few weeks or months. They don't really care about Terri or the issue at hand, they're just there to get publicity and try and get on the news.
