They're Upset Over A comment Rapper Made In Interview
*It seems that Nelly has attracted the attention of some pissed-off white supremacists. Sohh.com reports that a December 2004 MTV.com article in which Nelly refers to his "Over And Over" collaborator, Country singer Tim McGraw's wife as a "bad beeyatch" has angered white supremacists.
Whiterevolution.com members are upset over Nelly's comment and beyond themselves because McGraw laughed it off and later said he respected the rapper. In several posts on the site's forum, members proceed to share their disgust for McGraw and call him a wigger and a ni99a lover.
The site's members refer to Nelly as "the ni99a" and call him "subhuman" several times.
"I saw the grotesque and disgusting video on the country music channel of McGraw and the subhuman groid pretending to be equally human and having the same emotional needs and responses, etc," a member named Vere posted. "But I saw it just once and had difficulty at that time focusing on the words of the ni99a, being so disconcerted and angered just watching these two completely different species propagandizing sameness."
Meanwhile, the beat goes on for the St.Lunatic, who's also part owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, with Bob Johnson. Tonight, he joins NBA players and other celebrities for the McDonald's NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, part of NBA All-Star 2005, in Denver. The game will be televised live on ESPN at 7:00 PM Eastern. And in case you're wondering, the 2005 NBA All-Star game is Sunday, Feb. 20, and will be broadcast on TNT
I can't belive that in this day and age, white aupremeists even exist. The fact that they can even get away with saying tha Nelly is a sub-human and unequal is disgusting. OIf course Nelly and Tim both has the same emotional needs and response, they're both human, they're certainly not "different species"
It's just a revolting state of mind. Nelly meant it as a compliment, Tim has said it's cool, what the hell does it have to do with those morons anyway?
so......... these guys are saying that "ni99er, Nelly, is a racist" 'cause he refered to McGraw's wife as a bad beyatch?
Where, exactly, did race sneak it's way into Nelly's comments, which McGraw himself doesn't seem to give a rat's ass about? I mean... I'm sure Nelly called plenty of black women the same thing at one time or another, and it may be his form of something that might be an attempt at a compliment... I don't know, I'm not black.
