"The Writing on the Wall"
- The candidates compete in a corporate graffiti advertising task for a new video game. One team paints themselves into a corner while the other does their market research. The winners are treated like supermodels while the losers get off track in the boardroom when the 7th candidate is fired.
I thought both their ads sucked big time.
I liked the one that lost better. The one that won was too complicated.
I can't believe the black girl was so unorganised. She had never played the game before? She didn't know it wasn't only set in the City? She should've got number three out of the video store and played it before she did anything.
Although I thought it was odd that Donald Trump was upset with her for having an idea in her head before the meeting with the Sony people. Isn't it better to have some idea of what you're going to propose to a big client,rather than to walk into an interview like a blubbering idiot with no ideas at all? Sure, her ideas sucked, but at least she had some, which is more than I can say for some other people on her team.
I also thought it was funny how she pitched the whole thing as her idea,"I wanted" "I thought" "I liked" and then afterwards wanted to spread the blame around. You can't take all the credit and none of the blame.
Where was the blonde lady who usually helps Trump? Has she left the show?
Carolyn closely watches the candidates during the Home Depot task. Doesn't she sometimes seemed in a daze?
Okay Alex, I know she's slow.... really BORINGLY slow in making her points. You believe she runs a Miami radio talk show and have difficulty speaking before Carolyn? I love how Carolyn was trying to understand what Kendra was attempting to explain Magna's Dove campaign and got all tongue tied, until Michael came in to the rescue. And even he didn't do that great of an explanation.
Craig contemplates his leadership philosophy as project manager of Magna in building own box, despite the rest of Magna abandoning him.
He went out to drag Craig and Bren back into Home Depot to do their job by a little persuasion. Craig and Alex debate the originality of Magna's do-it-yourself clinic concept. Craig can BS his way around because he's an ordained preacher but without own church.
Fair question Schmiggens. Let me see if I can be exact and not too general nor beating around the bush.
The lonely PM and "The Box." During the Home Depot task, Craig puts some elbow grease into building a sample of the storage trunk.
The thread started with it's first response thinking Craig would step up as project manager and it took him until week #9 to make it. we were talking about how "The Writing Was On The Wall" that he will have to at some point in time to take on that task. I came back this week to follow up on week #6 saying how Craig comtemplates his leadership assignment and showed a picture of how he had to persuade his team to get back on track, and to bail him out to win the Home Depot event. Do you Aussie have Home Depots down Yonder yet? Or do you think this is going off topic?

Carolyn is back this week!Carolyn, George, and Donald Trump stand in the unfinished penthouse of Trump Park Avenue. On the top of my response, I'd answered with a picture of Carolyn who came back this week to be The Donald's eyes and ears to confirmed that she didn't leave the show. She was only away temporarily and we can see her now in the Home Depot event. Then I said perhaps it's just part of "The Hump Syndrome" being in the middle rounds and Alex was getting bored just like millions of TV viewers with Trump's former Hit Show getting its lowest Nielson Ratings dropping to #14 spot. Then I showed a picture with Alex yawning.

Week #6 and week #9 sorta go in tandum to fully compliment "The Writings" about Craig stepping up to be project manager. Otherwise, the first leaves the second hanging and incomplete. Craig didn't in week #6 as we expected but did in episode #9. Simply a matter of perspectives Schmiggens.
Why? Hmmmm, perhaps the opening post and responses posed questions unanswered? As to KNOWING.... I'm from this part of the world answering to this part of the globe's questions where A3 was televised and moments later, we Americans started our commentaries. Heck opened thread 2/14/04 about future episode #6. He added post #2 next day with Lickety's #3 response almost a week later. My post #4 was a week later on Monday, 3 days before it's debut on Thursday. HECK asked the morning BEFORE the airing a question unanswered. (Meanwhile later on.... it was obvious to us Americans who seen episode #6 that Thursday night televised and we all knew the answers to that opened question.)

No one answered or elaborated further almost an entire month and week #6 sorta left hanging...... until 3/22/05 with your post #6 and with HECK answering yours. (Does it take that long for it to air in Australia? We saw the episode's climax more than 3 weeks ago.) Then you rejoined us for this thread's discussion. You responded to HECK and asked 2 questions (during week #9) which HECK gave a short response in post #9. Looking back, you were on one page episode #6 and I on another episode #9. The difference being between a space and time.

Two days later, your post #11 asking what's going on seemingly baffled (for possibly not having seen episode #9.) I attempted to answer the next day with post #13 to your question in post #8 and the issue of relevancy. As to why..., because these A3 shows have been televised and Americans got to view the TV shows already. Tens of millions saw them but I was ignorant for being so arrogant as to taking the surprise from you and people on the other side of the world for not having seen the A3 shows yet. There should be a rule that NO subject, thread and post should be on this BB until it is certain that the entire world have seen it. Within 24 hours, many episode summaries and commentaries are posted on the internet from sources such as Clicking Below among other weblogs.
Why was I not thinking about Schmiggens from yonder reaching #6 only! Looking back, seems like you were talking about Tara who stepped up as project manager instead in week #6. That was really RUDE of ME and I beg you for your forgiveness in deliberately ruining your day for jumping past to episode #9. Pretty please?
