State of the Union Address-My One Wish post #1  quote:

Here's a thought. Anyone seen the movie "Liar, Liar"? A compulsive liar of an attorney is obliged to tell the truth for 24 hours because of his son's birthday wish.

Tomorrow, Big George gives his joke of a State of the Union address. Anyone having a birthday today?

Okay my friend. I'll do that. Obviously we didn't bark loud enough to wake up Jesusland last year.

Looks like someone touched up the dripping blood in your picture and colored it yellow.

Let me see..... Where do I begin? I guess I'll save you and me both some time and just keep it simple by stating that he would say the opposite of all the baldfaced lies referenced here and here.

Shall I post twenty or thirty more like that?

The "State of the Union Speech" was just one big pep rally for Republicans and the denizens of Jesusland. Sigh, four more years of lies, deception, mismanagement and blood.

So Aggie,

Where exactly is "Jesusland" and how can I get there?
Since I live in Colorado too, is it off of I70, I225, C/E470, or I25....perhaps off a rural mountain or plains road?

I give up?

i'll answer for aggie. you're already there. several maps were posted both here and around the "internets" right after the election showed how naive people can be. here's a link to one of those sites again.

Oh, you mean the "red" states.

People are making the wrong assumption that all Christians voted for Bush...and

that a Christian's home is on the earth...it's not...we are citizens of heaven....just passing thru the popstand called "earth."

As far as I know, there are no maps of heaven nor are there any photographs.

not a rap on christians, swtt. i happen to be one, myself. it's a knock on the sheep that buy into bush's line of crap, which does everything but proclaim that God is a republican.

boy, are they in for a surprise, if bush gets his way, when they face retirement. roosevelt is probably flipping over in his grave about now!

Gotcha Jim Nasium.

And I wonder since the talking heads spit out a number of 22% of Bush's voters were Christians.....why in the world are the 78% non-Christians following him for? I would maintain they are of the "redneck" variety....since those red states portray rural America and the blue....urban America...

Maybe that's a little harsh?

Hey! I'm a redneck. Drive a pickup truck and wear the cap. The whole nine yards. Quit cracking on me!

Right, Jay Leno is laughing all the way to the bank and President Bush is laughing all the way to the White House. Meanwhile, John Kerry is still whining—like Gore did for four years.
