Hey, why don't you check out the sticky thread started by HECK above, where you can officially put your top two picks? So far, it does seem like most people have two men as their choices.
I think that business women either appear too weak if God forbid they shed a tear, or if they are too strong, they are a witch with a capital B. We just can't win.
Im kind of thinking that Trump is gonna gear towards a woman this time again.
I think last season he wanted Jen originally, but he saw that she was pretty useless....so....I have a feeling that he is looking for a woman to win this season as well.
If any of them do halfway decent, I think he will pick a woman...
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

Trump should have picked Amy when he had the chance, huh? She pulled off being strong somehow and was still likable.
What I wonder is if the taping of season 2 and 3 overlapped, because they had to be doing these shows when it was reasonably nice weather. So, at the beginning of this season, Trump really can't gear the eventual winners by how season 2 ended.
But it is still early to see how some of the under-the-radar women will end up doing. We only hear the loud ones so far...
I said before the show started that it would be a woman, and still think so, but John has impressed me a lot so far. There is a lot of show to go, but no one woman has really pulled ahead, IMHO.
Yeah Norma that 70 year old prune (left on picture below) who probably WAS previously on retirement and Carolyn half Norma's age who we see watching each week with an emptied brief case walking besides Trump.
No, I don't think it's a lock for a man to win, especially with Tana there, who I think would be a good fit for his organization. I think it will come down to Tana, Craig or Alex. Out of them I think he would pick Tana. Does anyone think it would come down to the two ladies, Kendra vs. Tana?
Both are from Blue States. Alex Thomason is a tad better than Kelly Perdew from Apprentice 2. Both are lawyers cut fromt he same cloth. He is more smoother in planning to take down his opponents. For instance the previous week, as the project manager of the American Eagle, he loaded Angie McKnight up with like 19 things to do while he did just one. So he knew how to trip Angie's circuitbreakers and go her fired.
Last week Alex took another tactic with Chris, he refused to point out midcourse corrections so that Chris as the project manager would fail. Alex said the brochure writing was lousy but he didn't edit it or provide constructive commentaries for modification and improvement to the final product.
He went to sleep instead. In fact, he knew all along that he wasn't going to do his job by failing to take those interior shots of the sports car Solstice with the unique logo for the brochure. Instead, he was having a good time with those hottie models and he forgot to work his big head. So it doesn't look like Alex deserves to be hired this season as the Apprentice.
Later that night, Alex and Chris met up with Bren, who was writing the brochure. As the group reviewed their photographs, even Alex was disappointed to see that he'd only gotten one shot of the car's interior. Then Bren asked about the shot of the logo he had asked for. But Alex said he didn't have it and admitted it was his "bad." In an interview, Bren was not happy. He said that the shot of the unique logo mounted on the dash would have made the perfect brochure cover. Finally, Chris selected an out of focus shot of the car as their first image inside the brochure. The group pulled an all-nighter, but Bren and Chris were left to wrap up as Alex fell asleep toward the end of the long push.

He doesn't work well with slow people like Kendra. Meanwhile, Craig can't stand alone nor get the job done by himself. He needs a strong manager like Tana to carry him. If it wasn't for teaming with Tana all 12 episode competition he would have been fired long ago.
She has good temperment. Pretty smart, but VERY slow like a snail running with the stars. She would have a nervous breakdown working inside that frenzy and fastpaced corporate environment. As to Kendra going against Tana, that's a possibility down to the wire but Kendra isn't really a viable candidate to be a strong leader just this decade. Like John Gafford said: Maybe in another ten years. She has to grow up and mature a bit.
After week 13, I would have to say that a man most definitely should not win. Alex and Bren were like Dweedle Dee and Dweedle Dum when it came to gathering info from a focus group. Don't they know how to leave the confines of the office to speak with the consumers? I mean, Alex knew to do that in person at the wall mural, why didn't he think to do it here? Here's a phone book, try to get at least two calls, yeah, that's a group. NOT!
And Craig at Staples during their focus group findings, he was like off in his own little world.
The men had a very poor showing this week, VERY poor...
George asked and Craig answered: He knew all along to push over those pencils during the Staple's executive presentation to demonstrate the clutter desk. The reason Craig went off on his own was for him to search out innovative ideas on Staple Office products on desk clutters.
He had already set things in motion with Tana and Kendra collecting the focus group data. So he started his own to see how the desk draws hold and collect office items. Actually Craig was the more imaginative of the three in project managing, product innovation and the BEST effort in tripping off Kendra's circuit breakers.
Noticed he didn't do anything to Tana.... and Tana allowed Craig to push Kendra's buttons.
SoInteresting1 said this in post #14 : Well, it's 2 ladies after all! I still think Tana will win, but I wouldn't bet on it. I sort of thought Jen would win last year!
If Kendra wins, I won't watch The Apprentice again. She is only slightly above Ivana on the incompetence radar.
