John Starts Off As Winning Manager, But How Far Will He Last? post #4  quote:

Confirming the first winning manager for the Street Smarts Net Worth Team.
You know why we're going to win? Because we got nothing to lose. We got nothing to lose. If I'm going to get beat by a Harvard grad, the guy went to Harvard. If they got beat me, he got beat by some schmo from Tampa.

Here's something else that they probably don't know. Quote from a book, that was written by Mr. Trump. That says: Sometimes it's better to hire someone with attitude and experience than education. And I think in this room, it's attitude and experience and in that room, it's education. Let's make a pact now, we work our @sses off together and whatever happens in the boardroom, stays in the boardroom.

Trump's Handshake That Becomes The Kiss Of Death post #6  quote:

Watch Trump's head fake. He sets them up, builds their confidence and then immediately dumps them. Happens over and over again.

After handshake, Sam forgot his tasks and all he did was talked about Trump shaking his hand. Donald shook his hand. This was obviously one of the biggest moments in Sam's life. Once Donald left, Troy made Sam take a moment to refocus his energy at the still uncompleted task.

After Nick got his handshake, he was dead in the water. He lost focus of the next few tasks and Nick got booted for over confidence. (Click Here)

If my memory serves me correctly, they were two guys who got the same Trump handshake, namely Sam Solovey and Nick Warnock. In each those instance, it wasn't but a few episodes later that Trump fires each of them.

Initial reaction: I think John fared the best today. Not only because he was the project manager, but he was a strong leader. It is still too early in the game, but I feel John can go far.

He also did a good job attempting to calm down Brian and help him focus on what he was doing to the team ... but that didnt work because the silly little man was paranoid.

John Might Not Be Able To Handle Kristin post #9  quote:

John has street savvy and knows how to play the game. The question is whether he can handle Kristin. I think she will eat his lunch going down the mid rounds.

John will self implode because the women apprentices are going to drive him nuts.

But the thing that will be his major downfall is that handshake with Trump. I'm two for two on Nick Warnock and Sam Solovey. John doesn't know what hit him.

Still the strongest, IMHO. He said he'd smack down Audrey in the boardroom and did.

With Craig having his back (not that he needs it) John should have no problem reaching the final four, at least.

I was too!

I knew that John had thought less of women vs. himself...but the way he treated both girls was pretty bad.

I noticed that he didnt really treat Angie like that...and that irritates me. Goes to show me that if John thinks they are good looking that means he cant possibly think they are smart enough to talk or think.

Anyhow....the way he was so into himself was a total turnoff. I think he embarrassed himself, especially in front of Gene Simmons.

As if you cant talk B.S. to Simmons and he wont see it from a mile away.

John was worthless, and his musical knowledge certainly didnt help him in his creativity.

What a jerk!

Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

John Becomes Ineffective Around Strong And Smart Women post #15  quote:

With his side-kick Craig and Tana gone, what happens when John isn't surrounded by docile and goodie-two-shoes? He can't lead strong women. I had thought that Kristin who was expected to go far into the semi-finals but she was outsed early... and now his odds caught up with him when working with sneaky, powerful and smarter women. John collapses. Last two weeks, he didn't come to rescue Tara in the Tourismo Playstation and he didn't also helped Audrey. This week, he took the lead trying to impress two new gals and they did the same to him by setting him up for boardroom firing - sat silent while John's ideas went South.

Well, Chris' BIG BROTHER is toast week #8. He self-imploded by his musical ideas that didn't bring in the largest fund raising for charity. John wore this long metal chain dragging from his waist to his knees, thought he knew music but NOT any BIG ideas in internet auction. His project manager Chris handled the studio controls and planning, but the guys didn't make it.

This week came down to a gender issue as Audrey had predicted from her departure last week. It was the girls against the guys and with ERIN and STEPHANIE coming over to Net Worth team after the corporate reshuffle, these two manifested his "Trump Handshake" of John's fate and demise. Had the teams remained the same, John would have continued to be the BIG MACK, but like Trump sorta said in the boardroom: "Even though Erin, you're nominated here (in the boardroom,) you know you're NOT going to be fired, so don't continue talking."
In a cab, John, Erin, and Stephanie brainstormed ideas for unique personal experiences with their artists. John felt that auctioning off a private concert by the artists was a fantastic idea. "That's number one, on every list, first," he said. When the ladies attempted to suggest other ideas for prize packages, John stepped on their ideas, and propositioned a questionable strategy. "Why don't we do this the easy way: one of you guys gets giggly and says, 'Nu nu nu. It's like, I hear stuff on the radio but I don't know anything about anything,'" he said, raising his voice into a thin, watery whine.

The Net Worth newcomers were not impressed. "I've learned that John pretty much does not respect women," Stephanie said. "He looks at Erin and I as a pretty face, with pretty much no brains behind the face."
