Stephanie, 29, grew up in Tempe, Arizona with a close-knit family. She attended Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management (ASU's prestigious Business Program). She is currently part of a Fortune 500 Supply Chain Organization, where she is identified as one of the top Supply Chain Consultants. Her business savvy, loyalty, integrity and strong negotiating skills have led her to successful inventory management programs, phenomenal client satisfaction and outstanding results in multi-million dollar contract negotiations. Her expertise is in Information Technology Outsourcing and Human Resource Outsourcing.
She reminds me of being another Ereka Ventrini from Apprentice One. Will she confront the Omarosa types? Will she go after Erin and Kristen or will she build her alliance with one or both to establish that sneaky power base? Stephanie kinda works like Elizabeth as an outside consultant, sorta like the "Goodie-Two-Shoes" and she has the looks and mouth like Ventrini.
Stephanie has a versatile personality. She is often described as "fun and bouncy" and thrives on being the center of attention.
On the other hand, she has a penchant for ruthlessly "speaking her mind and being brutally honest". She doesn't sugarcoat her opinions, and she's not afraid to relentlessly chase down her goals.
Stephanie likely will survive a couple of rounds before getting booted down to the street.
Stephanie did work and did have fun at Fobe's yatch. Stephanie scrubs a kitchen clean during the motel task. Stephanie enjoys a cigar on the deck of the Highlander after Magna's victory on the motel task.
I think she can go far. She's a solid candidate to make it to the middle rounds, at least. -HECK!
That's exactly where I put Stephanie.... in the middle rounds.
During the Nescafé task, the candidates of Magna gather to hear Stephanie's ideas.
Look fellas: We don't have to get our hands dirty with that $75 K budget. Let me show you from a long list of my buddies who do what I do as a consultant. Why don't we just let them do it for us?
So when her "outsourcing idea" tanked, Stephanie is shocked by her fellow candidates' comments during the boardroom after Magna's loss on the Nescafé task.
The reason she stands out more than the others is because she bullsh!t better as a consultant. Stephanie has more business skills than the other three lawyers who don't know crap about how to run business projects. But Trump isn't going to put in any competition that requires any great legal talent. Lawyers don't have a clue. So Books Smart team really is operating at a disadvantage, while the Streets Smarts have already went around the block a couple of times learning from business success and failures.
She might be one that lasts down to the wire. She seems bright and does some work, the last task there was nothing that stood out about her...
Stephanie Meyers knows how to play the game and the men on Books Smart. These are the two most devious guys on her team. She's constantly rubbing herself around them.
Psss Bren: "I got the hots for you. Wanna go and hide under the conference table again? "
She'll be right there at the end. Next time she's PM, if she fails, I can see her setting up one of her male team members for a fall. They'll fall for her guise and take up some added responsibility and it will backfire. The allure of a cute chick...
Come on HECK, do you really think Stephanie Meyers is that alluring? Not bad looking, but something about her. Very smart too. Here Stephanie was tossing negatives in episode #5 during the van ride: "Our project manager Bren sucks." Hmmm, sounds like Kristen Kirstner from episode #2 about Brian McDowell.
Stephanie:"I always get what I want and I never take 'no' for an answer."
What have you learned from watching previous seasons of The Apprentice?
In order to be successful, I must embrace constructive criticism and listen to others when they are communicating to me. One can learn a lot by effective listening and simple observations. Further, it is important for women to effectively work together. Gossip and cattiness are counterproductive and detrimental. Above all, women must maintain their integrity and work together to break through the glass ceiling.
