Bren, 32, married with children, was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee., and attended The University of Memphis where he received his BA. He then obtained his J.D. from the University of Memphis' Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Leaving a lucrative career as a real estate closing attorney, Bren now serves as an Assistant District Attorney General. Far from the fame and fortune of Fifth Avenue, Bren works in the world of thugs and drugs.
I don't know how Bren is still there. He seems to do nothing, many of his ideas and mannerisms are ridiculous. He sooo reminds me of a smarmy used car salesman. Don't see how he would ever fit into the Trump organization. Just because he is a lawyer doesn't mean he has the polish needed to be in the big leagues. I hope he goes for sure.
Tana is my pick to win this thing but only because I haven't seen enough of what Craig actually does either! He may be a good choice.
Why is he still kicking 12 weeks into the making? Bren has been lucky and frankly I can't figure how but for the fact that Trump likes Bow-Tie people, thinking he's another Raj.... great for entertainment value to sustain his weak TV ratings. Bren seems to go along to get along.
Since Trump jumped all over Chris on his tobacco chewing, I think Trump needs to do the same with Bren for smoking like a chimney and breaking his promise to stop smoking for almost five years. Bren will die from lung cancer if he gets hired as the Apprentice.
Craig only works well with Tana, because Tana is a great manager of people and will carry staff people like Craig to the finish line. Tana has good temperment and tolerance.... ocassionally cuzz at poor workmanship but NOT at people to show her disappointment of performance failures.
Craig works well under strong leadership, and can't stand to work with slow people like Kendra. Craig is street smart, but not what I called brilliant under stormy weather. I would rather have Kendra working in a support position as a staff member. Craig I think works better running his own small business and probably doesn't have the experience in working in any big corporate environment. The fast pack would have flew by both and shut the doors on them.
Bren definitely dug his own grave this week when he blurted out that he is not a risk taker. I don't think Trump had any idea which one to fire up until that point. I think he cracked, I really do! After being away from his family for so many weeks, and to let it slip away like that is a shame.
I got the impression from his parting comments he had realized that being the Apprentice is not what is important to him, so it didn't really matter to him that he was fired.

Thats what I got out of it also....I almost thought that he said that for Alex's benefit and really, I guess for his own.
I think Bren, being a lawyer, could have argued much better than he did...and I think he just didnt care enough to fight for the reason you mentioned.

The boardroom experience had been a humbling one. "I have bit my tongue on numerous occasions," he said in an interview. "And quite frankly I'm tired of the blood in my mouth. Then again, maybe the blood in my mouth is just making me thirsty for more."
Relieved and drained, Alex and Bren escaped into New York for a quiet evening in a cigar lounge. The two had become close friends. "I came up here wanting nothing more than fame and fortune and working for Mr. Trump, and I never would have thought I'd make a best friend up here, and that's exactly what I've done," Bren said.
For Alex, the feeling was mutual: "Bren is my oasis."
"You know, honestly, I can say to you Bren, the thing I'm concerned about is not seeing you for so long," Alex confessed in the café. Later, in an interview, Alex ruminated on his state of mind: "There was no conflict. It was one simple pure emotion, which was, 'I don't want to lose my buddy.'"
"Isn't it strange to have a nice little cup of coffee before going into the lion's den?" Bren said with a smile.

These lawyers are hatching a plan to outs the non-lawyers during the up-coming episodes.
