I think guy's dig it because, well, like what Dekka said, it's another woman. A lot of it has to do with it being taboo, I imagine.
A lot of chicks these days don't consider themselves 'bi' when they make out with other chicks or pull the 'ol' switcheroo' (credit to Dekka on that). It's bordering on being a fad. Getting drunk chicks to make out is increasingly easy as years pass. Thank you Girls Gone Wild!

Booze is a factor too. A couple of years ago we were having a New Years party at my friend's house. He has a stream that runs through his property. It was really cold. We got this guy to jump in the river. Later we got these two girls to make out. Toungue and everything. They were skanks though. But it was still cool to watch. I think it all boils down to drunken hazing and drunken attention-seeking.
