I was watching the episode and my phone rang when Jack was trying to bring back Charlie. It was my friend and she was almost hysterical. Her little sister was crying and my friend was on the verge of tears.
She said, "Are you watching? I can't believe it! NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO DDDDOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why couldn't it be the pregnant lady instead???!!!!! Why did it have to be you, Dom??!!! You--Wait! OH MY GOD! HE'S NOT DEAD!!! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES! Oh, never do that to me ever again! Okay, that was all I wanted to say. Bye."
I just had to share. I was agog at Charlie almost dead. I don't think I got as bad as my friend, but I was shocked. Good that he didn't die, but what a good change from the drawn out usual.

OMG!!! your friend's reaction was almost the exact word for word thing that was going through my head at that time! i was completely hystarical, i was bawling, "why couldnt it be clair? why charlie?why dom!? THANK YOU GOD!" really funny actally,viewed 2nd hand, i didnt say the part i bleeped that's just what i was thinkin. this show is really gettin good, i just hope clair lives, she seems kewl and i just dont want her to die.

They showed Ethan...Jack fell off some cliff and he showed up beating the crap out of Jack, told him to stop following him or he would kill one of them, then he left right before Kate showed up.
But nope, they never showed Claire, Jack thought he heard someone screaming and it sounded alot like Claire.
You know I am beginning to think that the 'other' people on the island have a thing about babies. Remember Danielle, and her child? She never found him, and now the pregnant girl is captured...Hmm, wonder why?
Here is another idea; perhaps whoever was trying to 'hurt' her baby was doing the opposite? The injection was given to her the night before she was captured, and now Charlie has no memory of what happened. Perhaps Claire was given the same injection so she would be knocked out, but they didn't want to hurt the child? Just some thoughts

If I remember right wasn't the boat that shipwrecked doing some sort of science experiment? Perhaps they did them on babies and children, which is why Danielle never found her child, because the 'others' kidnapped him. And now Ethan has captured Claire.
Or perhaps Ethan is Alex...It would be pretty easy for him to have lied about his name.

Is it just me, or did the guy who was the husband of the lady that died in O.R. look a lot like Ethan? We only saw the husband for a moment before his face was partly covered, but I thought he sort of looked like Ethan. We don't know how long ago that flashback was, so it could have been sixteen+ years. IF it was Ethan, maybe he's getting back at Jack? Plus, the woman was pregnant when she died-Claire is pregnant now.
Some crazy maybies and guessing, did anyone else think Ethan looked like the husband?

Ethan freaked me out last week and burned his goofer face into my brain, he scared me so much. If it would have been him in the hallway, I would have noticed.
