Hmm - this sounds like a pivotal event for the future of medicinal marijuana. I hope the Supreme Court assesses the situation with all fairness and level-headedness it deserves - marijuana is not the demonic narcotic it has been portrayed as since the 1950's, and it's high time (hah - I made a funny) that situation is rectified.
