Analysis: Ivana Was Great Tonight post #1  quote:

For the first time, I feel Ivana stepped up to the plate. She used creative, out-of-the-box thinking that I had simply not seen from her before. I have to admit, I wasn't understanding the whole "fashion-wheel" idea. I thought it was a good idea, but I just couldn't figure out how it worked. She is really witchy, though. That might get her in trouble.

I thought Jennifer was marginalized in the planning phases by Kevin, but I could also understand why he did so, as she didn't really "get" their concept. I thought it was important that Jennifer didn't try to disrupt things just because she didn't understand. She was not strong this week except in the modeling phase, and in the presentation. I thought it was EXTREMELY funny that the head of the Levi Team acknowledged Jen as the best, even though I thought Ivana did the best job tonight.

Kevin was a good leader, but was NOT strong in the presentation phase. You can NOT let them see you sweat! I think he utilized his people well, and I thought that the concept of using their own people as the models was outstanding. I'm not sure who thought of it, though.

Kelly was not bad, but also did not stand out tonight.

Nice analysis, Kevin B. But I laugh that you didn't get the wheel idea, you have blonde hair, too, right? Even my clueless husband said HE knew what Ivana was talking about with the wheel idea.

I knew what she was talking about. I just couldn't visualize how you would make it work right.

Ok, then, kevinbailey, since you know more than even Jen M about the wheel, would you have taken credit like Jen M did?

She didn't "take credit" it was given to her. What do you want her to say, "Oh no, it wasn't me that did well!" Do you want her to argue with the freakin' Levis guy?!?

Well, at least she could have said something like "It was a team effort" (which would have been a lie, but better than how she handled it.)

She did NOTHING wrong. The man was asked who he was most impressed with, and he said he was most impressed with Jennifer. So what?

Even Kevin (on the show) said Ivana was the one who should have been answering the questions during the presentation, not Jen.

Look, Jen M has a potential career in modeling, she's pretty (ok gorgeous) but that's all she's got, she proved that tonight. It will only take her so far.

You're wrong. Not understanding ONE idea does not mean that she's empty-headed. You simply don't become a high-powered lawyer by being empty-headed. Additionally, she was a strong personality as a PM. Some of you seem to forget that.

As for Ivana getting the credit for the task, I agree with you. However, the question was asked of the LEVI'S guy, who was judging based upon the presentation and the photos. Ivana was not any better than Jen during the presentation phase, and -- when pressed -- the guy said he was most impressed with Jen. That sucks for Ivana, but it's his opinion, plain and simple.

Ivana did a great job tonight...and Jen was as usual a pain in the rear....

How does modeling a pair of jean constitute one to doing the best job on the team? As if!

Doesnt anyone see this girl for who she is?

Can they make it more obvious that she is the next Apprentice?

I said this on another post..but Im gonna say it again...Its almost as if they told that guy to say that about her...I mean how would he even know she was the best on the team???...he wasnt watching them at all times...if he even watched them at all. At least until the end that is.

Give me break!

All of us here I think besides kevinbailey see Jen M for the witch that she really is. I hope it comes back to bite her in the rear if she ever gets hauled to the boardroom. I was almost hoping her team would lose this week so Jen M would have to deal with Kevin and Ivana in the boardroom.

Kevinbailey, you are gracious for starting a thread to conceed that Ivana did well this week, but your head is still in the clouds on Jen M. If you didn't see her for who she really is after week #11, you never will, my friend.

Jennifer is NOT a "witch." Maria was a witch. Jennifer is playing the game. Do I think she SHOULD win? No. She's not the best candidate. I have her ranked next-to-last in my rankings. Do I think whe WILL win? Yes. I just call'em like I see 'em.
