Am I right? You know I am. post #1  quote:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

There you go Mystic. And how funny he sat in the courtroom before the verdict was read grinning. I wonder what he finds so amusing? I am SO happy for the Rochas and the Petersons can all kiss my ass they're the ones who raised the scumbag. So my time here is done but before I go just know that JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED. And when the case is appealed and he's found guilty again maybe I'll stop by again and rub it in. So yea, what a terrific day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry, your luck will catch up to your family one day too.

Tragedies do happen. People do make mistakes. And people can be found guilty for some offenses didn't commit. So Scott lied about little things and the cops and DAs convicted him for some false big things - double murder of own missing spouse and flesh and blood infant. It's a sad day in history.

I think there was reasonable doubt. I also think it's more likely then not that he did it. So I have mixed feelings about the verdict. It troubles me as a failure of the justice system, but on an emotional level, I just can't muster much sympathy for a man that probably murdered his young wife and unborn child.

I think what sunk him was the Amber Frey tapes. His wife is missing, and he's telling her he's in Paris. He still wants to maintain his affair with her even though his wife is missing and likely dead. Once the jury sees him crossing those kind of moral boundaries, it isn't much of a stretch for them to conclude that he did the killing. Is it enough to overcome reasonable doubt? Not hardly. Did it work on this jury? I think so.

Yea yea yea... I am sorry Kenny but tragedies do happen and Scott offing his wife & son is truly a tragedy. And my luck will catch up with my family? Puhleez, I'd be a little more worried about your own luck considering the weight YOU have pull around trying to defend wife & baby killers. Karma is a b!tch. It was a sad day in history when Laci vanished without a trace, not when her husband was convicted of the murder. Have a nice day

Defending Constitution More Than Scott The Liar post #5  quote:

I don't defend Scott the baby killer and the wife killer, because the facts don't show that he DID killed by his hands. There isn't any evidence, except circumstantial crap concocted by the corrupt police. I would NOT think this way had the Modesto Police actually investigated thoroughly those leads provided by third parties and neighbors.

To simply pin it on Scott and make him prove his innocence isn't what the Constitution as enacted. The cops should have timely gone after the potential baby and mother killers holding Laci captive in the Tracey area. It's easy to say nah, there's no evidence to the contrary with such a lazy approach.

So I'm defending the Constitution more than Scott the accused. Trying to not allow the reach of the law to erode Citizen's legal rights we all cherish. By giving into the Scott case so easily, we would have lowered the bar in surrendering our rights.

Ken.....

Dont bother arguing this with her. The saddest part is after trying to convey this to her for almost two years...she still thinks its about people who were arguing him as innocent. She is more on the thought process of thinking it who was wrong v. right and not understanding of the real issue as you pointed out. I guarantee even after reading what you just wrote, she still doesnt understand...

I mean you are trying to convey something to someone who needs a dictionary to read a Dick and Jane book.

She isnt worth the effort..she doesnt understand and never will really get the point.
