Guilty of...... post #1  quote:

1st degree...for Laci, 2nd for Conner....

Anyone really surprised?

I think an appeal is on the way.

w/special circumstances.....
I didnt think they would give him a death sentence.

Conner was second degree.

Given the problems with the jurors, I thought they would come back with second degree for both.

I do not think they will give him the death penalty though. I think they will decide on life in prison.

I hope The People of California go and execute Scott early. That State of Fruits and Nuts deserve those two convictions for how the trial was nothing but a mistrial.

All the jurors can go home and gain their celebrity status. Depsite what the judge tells them to do when going home and coming back in November 30 and then sequestored for further deliberation. Instead, the jurors should just rendered their Death Sentence right now.

This group of jurors believe the The State's crock of planning it, carried it out and then dumped the body..... just to live with Amber and to get the insurance money. Yeah........ Reality Bites!

I dont know...I think this verdict was nothing but emotional...so I think that the sentence will be based on emotions also.

I agree...this was a pathetic motive to show..and they never proved it.

Second degree I can live with....1st degree I cant because they didnt prove that by any means.

Do those people outside the courtroom have any heart at all..

Does anyone think of his parents and family?

Im amazed at how many people put their hatred on his family because of how they felt about him...such pathetic people.

I didn't follow this very closely, it really bothered me....

I was so afraid that he would be acquitted.

I don't have much stock in the American justice system anymore.

I am very happy about this one. Hurray!!!!!!

But still very sad for Laci, the baby and her family.

and be sad for Scotts family too. No one wants their child to grow up to do this. They lost Laci, Conner, and their son did it. It is a terrible burden for them to have.

MSNBC attorney's really questioning Delucchi's kicking off the foreman..

They are saying the first juror probably isnt an issue for an appeal, but the foreperson can be grounds for an appeal....

Ive said it before....if he didnt give a good enough reason to kick him off...that is grounds for an appeal.

Just my normal way of thinking. It's a mommy thing.

Did they ever give a reason why the last juror was kicked off?
