[Intro]
Do you feel this
I know you feel this
Are You ready?
I dont think so
[Part 1]
Somebody give me my truck
So I can ride on the clouds
So we can turn up the bass like...
Somebody pass my guitar
So I can look like a star
And spend this cash like...
Whatchu gonna do when the croud goes Ayo?
Why you standin' on the wall?
Music startin' everywhere
So why dont you just move along?
[Chorus]
I see you lookin' at me
Like I'm some kind of freak
Get up out of your seat
Why dont you do somethin'?
I see you lookin' at me
Like I got what you need
Get up out of your seat
Why dont you do somethin'?
[Part 2]
Now you all in my grill
Cause I say what I feel
Only rocks on what's real
(???) bump bump
But I can't do that with you
Already here with my crew
I can roll if you can
Dont be a punk punk
Whatchu gonna do when the croud goes Ayo?
Why you standin' on the wall?
Music startin' everywhere
So why dont you just move along?
[Chorus x2]
Na nananananana
Uh!
Na nananananananana
[Bridge]
I see you lookin' over here
Cant you tell I'm havin' fun
If you know like I know
You would stop
starin' at us
And get your own space
And do somethin'
[chorus x2 (expect to hear another **** inside this chorus!)]
The new track on Britney's greatest hits, 'Do Somethin'', is really brilliant. It sounds like Xenomania producing Gwen Stefani doing '20th Century Boy'. It goes to Homebase, buys a ladder, leans it against a wall, climbs it, and pisses on the 'My Prerogative' single from a very great height.

That's the best description I think I've ever heard for anything
'Do Somethin' will be released March 5th. It is the same gap as MATM and Toxic. In Uk the radio stations start playing th song weeks before the release date, in order to create a "hype" for the singles.
There is speculation, still, on what Britney's second single off of 'GREATEST HITS: MY PREROGATIVE' but according to some sources the next single and video will be Do Somethin'.
It is believed that auditions for Do Somethin' were held in Burbank, California last Thursday.
The video treatment is yet pretty much unknown but it would basically be about Britney being in club there is also said to be a "rock 'n' roll scene'. Keep it clicked here for more on this and other Late-Breaking Britney News.
People.com: Britney Spears totes a bag bearing an icon of another era, Marilyn Monroe, as she leaves a dance rehearsal for her latest video in Los Angeles on Friday.
Rumors of the singer's pregnancy were shot down last week - Spears spent several days in Las Vegas drinking sake and smoking cigarettes.
Britney Will Release Video For "Do Somethin'" Overseas
While she's supposed to be taking a break from her career, Britney Spears has just wrapped another video — for "Do Somethin'," one of the new songs on her greatest-hits collection. Fans might not have a chance to see the clip, though, as it's only being serviced overseas.
The video starts with takes in an abandoned store. The lighting of the outside blue. All seems quiet. But, inside, there's a party going on where everything moves softly. There's red lights in there.
A DJ goes on with the music and then, a Jeep is seen crossing the screen, with Britney as the chauffeur. Some friends are with her. When the first verse finishes (as someone in the Jeep with Britney says: Britney lights to the music), Britney goes near the factory and later walks toward it with her girls.
They then enter the party and this is when it really begins. But, the boys aren't really into dancing... Britney decides to use a very sensual dance routine to bring the guys on the dance floor.
When the second verse finishes, Britney comes out with a guy and the party is directed to a beach, where the only light is produced by the moon. There appears Britney and her girlfriends. They go into yet another dance routine and they do manage to get the boys to dance too.
Finally, Britney gets back in her Jeep, leaving her guy behing her. He's seen standing there, at the edge of the road, all disconcerted. He unfolds a paper Britney threw in from her Jeep. The final picture is when the guy finds out she gave him her phone number. It then fades to black.
Someone please stop her. Why does Britney Spears feel like she needs to post a letter on her website every week? Well, this week the singer has again forgotten to do her homework and has pissed off her music video director Billie Woodruff.
"He was very hurt by her statements," says a close friend, "She has called him several times since the posting but he does not want to speak with her."
In her latest letter Britney writes, "I just shot a cute video for 'Do Something' that I co-directed. After doing about 20 videos, it gets kind of boring playing the same role, so I chose to work with a young, hungry, director Bille Woodruff."
Billie Woodruff is not a hungry director by any means. He has directed videos for OutKast, Backstreet Boys, TLC, and many Toni Braxton videos including, "Un-Break My Heart." The director was also behind the movie, Honey, starring Jessica Alba.
Another fact Britney may have forgot is that he also directed her video, "Overprotected," from her self-titled album. Oops... she did it again!
