I said in another thread that he looked like a hunchback.

In my view it looks like the devil's pitchfork. Maybe he was going to an early Halloween party after the debate.

Watch the debate again and see how many times he was rebooted. He squinted his eyes and puckered his face like he had a hard reset.

Maybe it's some kind of shock mechanism to prompt him to say the right things.

Wonder where he's hiding the transceiver?

HEY

I have more evidence pointing to the fact that Bush was wired!

In between a question Bush said "let me finish" out of the clear blue, and the thing was he had plenty of time to talk.

Why would he say "Let me finish" in the middle of his sentance even though nobody interupted him, and he had 30seconds to speak?

He was obviously talking to the person in his headphone, who was interupting him.

Impala...

Do you actually think for yourself...or do you just post the same things others have said on other forums after searching about the topic?

I read that same statement earlier today.

Try adding in your own words..you have more credibility that way.

If this is such an issue..why wont the Democratic party even comment about it?

They refuse to make any statements....

If it was an issue, they would be all over it. Certainly they know something we dont, which probably adds up to nothing.

Im sorry..the one comment Id read in the Guardian unlimited the other comment was from a forum

So...did you pick that up yourself the night of the debate or from the article written?

Gee..let me guess...considering you didnt post your thoughts on the subject until tonight.....

As quoted in the article:

"Let me finish." The green warning light was lit, signalling he had 30 seconds to, well, finish.

Just because your hero needs a ear piece to talk for himself don't take your anger out on me.

HAHAHAH I would feel like an idiot myself if I found out my hero was a fraud. The difference between me and you would be that I would admit what an idiot I was to support Bush. You people keep hanging on to Bush even though everyday reveals more information pointing to what a JOKE HE IS.

Check out this link

Its from a speech a while ago, and odd thing was an echo was coming from a voice. And Bush would repeat everything this echo said.......more proof to expose the puppet.

Yeah...good way to skirt the issue that you cant speak and think for yourself.
You give a new meaning to that phrase!

If he was wired, then I think it was slimy of him to do so. I have no problem stating that at all!

I just see if the Democrat party refuses to make a statement regarding it, then they must know something we dont...which makes it out as nothing. Could I be wrong? Sure...but Im waiting to hear what they have to say...and as of now..they arent talking either...you have to at least wonder why!

Just waiting for the next statement from you...and wondering..what article you stole that thought from also!!

He already is slimy and he and his confederates have already done a few slimy things, whether there's any substance to this issue or not.

I've been informed about a web site that apparently has a lot of information about this, but it seems to be temporarily unavailable. I'll keep checking back on it. What I heard is that there is a consensus that if Bush got caught with the wire, the cover story would be that he needed it in case he had to be quickly alerted of something like a terrorist attack. Don't know if this is true or not, but it's sure fascinating stuff.

It occurs to me that maybe something like this was necessary so that if, God forbid, there was an attack while the debate was in progress, he wouldn't have to begin reciting "My Pet Goat" again.

Here's the site I was told about. Visit it and draw your own conclusions. It may be temporarily unavailable. It took me quite a while to get it. Evidently an awful lot of people are interested enough to be going there.

he still lost that first debate.

He sounded like quite the idiot when backed into a corner.
And no one helped him out either.

Thats really a matter of opinion.

I've been informed about a web site that apparently has a lot of information about this, but it seems to be temporarily unavailable. I'll keep checking back on it. AZ...there might be a number of reasons...it doesnt take a genius to think about them.

You still have to wonder why the Dems wont make a statement regarding it. Usually the Kerry team would be jumping all over this..they arent..you have to wonder why...doesnt that occur to anyone to think that?

It occurs to me that maybe something like this was necessary so that if, God forbid, there was an attack while the debate was in progress, he wouldn't have to begin reciting "My Pet Goat" again.

I dont know what the reason is. I would just be curious to see what the Kerry party has to say about it. Did it occur to anyone that maybe the reason is that he was wired too for the same reason?

He may not have been...but I have to wonder since they arent jumping on the rumor bandwagon about this either.

Here is a prime example of why this country is so screwed up...people fall to rumor so easily without finding out what the real story is...they just take this story at face value without thinking there might be more to it.

Maybe he wore it for help...maybe he didnt, but at least be decent enough (generally speaking) to find out the truth before falling to rumor so easily...is not a difficult thing to do

Mystic, you're speculating too. Nobody knows anything definitive at this point. My theory as to why you're not hearing anything about it is that it's being very carefully investigated. I can well understand that after the CBS fiasco, jumping the gun before getting concrete evidentiary proof. Occasionally when something is known to be true, it is all too tempting to jump on it and do shoddy work in obtaining the proof that the opposition will demand. CBS knew for a fact that Bush was guilty of ducking his National Guard service, but they were too trusting and just accepted the first thing they saw. I think the same thing basically happened in the O.J. Simpson trial.

AZ..you should really read my posts more clearly...

Am I speculating? yes..I made suggestions, BUT I also added that I could be wrong about those speculations and I am just offering up other suggestions to what it could have been.

I also stated how I would feel if he did do that purposely...

So..you might try re-reading them and see that Im not offering rumor...just other possibilites, which is a BIG difference to someone saying he did it for a fact!

Certainly you see that!

Maybe they are investigating it and thats why they arent talking...maybe they already know the reason...who knows...but people like "the parrot" impala seem to have jumped on the rumor bandwagon without no question about it.

Your a smart person...think about that!!

Is this what our country is coming to? Are we ready to go back to stoning a person without full knowledge of the truth first?

Your real big on talking about how people should be honest and investigate things before making comments...yet thats really a convenient statement to say when you feel the need to say it...because you arent really practicing it yourself...correct?

You said it yourself..."Nobody knows anything definitive at this point." But you had no problem posting this junk before you found out...also correct?

As I see it, that's what message boards do - express the opinions of the "court of public opinion" (of which I am a member, as are you). Making an allegation on a message board is quite different from publishing the same thing in the media. For example, I can say here that I'm convinced Bush pulled strings to get out of serving in the National Guard. CBS, The NY Times, etc. dare not say that until they have ironclad proof. That's never been disputable in my mind.

You have disagreed with me on most things and posted your disagreements without complete proof of veracity, and that's okay. That's what we're all here for. But you can bet that whoever might be looking into this "wired" allegation is trying to be darn sure they have the goods before they even breathe a breath of it to the public.
