As president, what would you do, specifically, in addition to or differently to increase the homeland security of the United States than what President Bush is doing?

It was staged to make Bush look bad? Bush and his lawyers were the one who wanted this debate exactly the way it was. Bush looked bad because Bush is bad. Don't you right wingers preach taking responsibility for your own actions? Or is that just something your preach to poor people?
So far only one poll has put Kerry ahead of Bush, I think it's the Newsweek Poll. But the Rasmuson Poll still has Bush in the lead with maybe a 1 point gain on Bush. Most of the Swing states still have Bush in the lead even after the debate.
One thing that is rather interesting is that some are saying that they don't like how President Bush went to war in Iraq. But they don't want Kerry to take his place.
Dont blame bushes loss on the fact that "Kerrys a top notch debater". Thats the same thing that was said about Gore four years ago and he lost 2 of the three debates. Thats just garbage that the republicans spread so that in the event that bush losses, they can blame it on the fact that Kerry is just a good debater.

Yada, yada, yada. Beats me how you can follow a man who's bungled handling of the war in Iraq had resulted in the death of over 900 Americans since he claimed mission accomplished and major combat was over. How many more Americans have to die before you're satisfied?
I guess Amerian life means as much to you as it does to an Islamist terrorist.
Ron there may be some people who don't like the w ay Bush went to war but are scared to death tohave Kerry in the position. Of course they don't its like a rising Mt Helens. He would make a move and wham its all over for us.

You know what, it's all good and I faught for their right to try and elect someone else for president. Friday I made sure my Voter Registration was up to date and will be voting come election day.
All I got to say is be careful what you wish for (or vote for), you just might get it.
Too bad the Iraqi's can't vote for our president, Bush would win by a landslide.
My wife, her sister and my parents will vote for Bush. As for my kids, if they vote at least some will vote for Kerry. I don't expect they will vote though, and I doubt that they are even registered.
about the iraqis voting for bush YEAH RIGHT. dont talk about what you dont know about. Americans are not their favorite people right now. Delta, what do you know about the troops moral? Oh you mean like pres bush cutting veterans benifits? Cutting funding for on post schools? No you mean like sen Kerry offering a plan to bring the troops home?
