Question 3 was for Senator Kerry
This question was asked to follow up on a comment that Kerry maden in his response to Bush's question where he said the President made “Colossal misjudgments.”

Here is what was in President Bush's Rebuttal.

Comment:
Bush seems to get out more substance in 90 seconds than Kerry does in 2 minutes once you get to the points.
