I would love to see Stacy R with a "y" get fired on the Trump show. She's a short in the closet racist "B" that needs to get back to the corporate/legal world where she's already earning six figures. Why the heck is she on Trump's show anyway? Isn't she making enough money already?
I can't believe she would divert attention away from the weak performers on last week's show to Stacie with an "ie." The short ones are always trying to be feisty, but they can't bear the pressure when things turn on them.
Little Stacy Rotner is too sneaky and the remaining Apex teammates are scared to death of their own shadow. So this midget gets to manipulate the others without each knowing what's really going on inside their team.
If you are watching tonight's re-run on NBC, you will see that Little Stacy is so devious that she gets away with not even having to do any work. All the others are being fooled. I sensed that even if Stacy R became the project manager and lost, that she still will have blame everyone else and not accept any responsibility for the lost. None of the others can stack up against her. If Little Stacy gets rotated over to the Mosaic team, she would have a much more difficult time getting away with that kinda tricks and stuff. But I think Little Stacy will be a contender till the very few last episodes.
Even if Stacy DESERVED to be in the boardroom, she STILL would've walked out of there and Jennifer still would've been going home...
But, she really IS vindictive... Why did she wait for Jennifer to walk out of the room before she went in there and started talking to the others? Why not CONFRONT Jennifer about it directly?
Stacy CANNOT make it through the game the way she's going. The radar is beginning to zero in on her, imho, and if she continues trying to be sneaky with the radar falling on her, she'll find herself in many boardrooms...
after tonight i'm done watching the show....team apex is so *****y...i can't stand stacy r..... i told myself that i wouldn't watch after stacy j got fired for no good reason......but i had to watch tonight and for sure i'm done it's mainly because of this back stabbing BS that stacy R is all about....i think she is a dumb F-in B#$%^&.
Keep watching, even if it's only for the pleasure of seeing those witchy women get sent home one by one. The only two who deserve to be there are Pamela and Jennifer M. The rest are nothing but deadweight. Bradford has to be sitting home watching what happened after he left going "Thank GOD I got fired when I did!!!"
Sierradaddy said this in post #3 : Boy, is she ever ready to go at it...

The only thing that I found not wrong with Stacy going behind Jennifer's back is that Jennifer was doing the same thing to Elizabeth...
I thought it was hypocritical of Jennifer to say that when she was doing the same thing.
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

Heck - I do think that short people are at a disadvantage in the business world, so you are onto something there.
I also think that if a man acted the same way Stacy R does, and said the same things, you all would be calling that man aggressive, independent, a leader! Think about it. When a woman acts the same way, she's a witch with a "B".
In the restaurant task, Stacy R said that Jen C had to earn her respect, and she didn't. In the QVC task, Pamela asked Stacy to be a lawyer, then really didn't want her to do her job.
I usually don't rewatch the Saturday episode, but I may watch the exchange again between Pamela and Stacy about the pricing, because I can't recall exactly how that went, and whether it was Stacy being indecisive or Pamela being bossy.

I wont have a chance to watch it..so if you do, I'd be interested in hearing what really happened..
I may have not paid as much attention to that either.

A many acting like Stacy wouldn't be called a leader. He would be called an idiot and a back-stabber. Your point may -- unintentionally -- apply to Pam, though. A man acting like Pam wouldn't be called "bossy" but WOULD be called a "leader."
People like Pamela are respected by men in the business world. I've worked with quite a few who are "take charge" type of Executives and some who can't stand up for their position too. But I would say that I rather work with and for the stronger women Executives. They are better and more effective at the workplace. Not all strong Executives are taller women either. I value the height of their intelligence and ingenuity rather then the inches on their high heels elevating them. Pamela IMHO accepted a most difficult assignment and succeeded, with another week would have gotten this team back in charge. As the PM, she did right by bringing in Maria and Stacy both whom contributed little to the QVC marketing and had the two done a tad better as to EFFORT would have gotten the Apex team additional sales to win over the Mosaic team. Maria didn't rise to her full potential appearing on camera and Stacy held back her ingenuity and business acumen but put forth negative energy in occupying and misdirecting Pamela's team focus. These two were the main reasons for Apex's defeat, not pricing but lack of sales effort.
With just his advisors in the boardroom, Trump asked George for his thoughts. George said that Pamela did bring the team together under difficult circumstances. Carolyn said that while Pamela has some good leadership qualities, the team lost because of the price - a decision Pamela made on her own.
Trump then called the three women back in. Trump asked why Pamela brought Stacy R. into the boardroom and Pamela said that Stacy R. talked so much it was a detriment to the team. Stacy R. shot back that she did her job as a lawyer for the team while Pamela complained that she was "too legal." Stacy R. said, "I am not going to act unethically. If you want another Enron on your hands, Mr. Trump, here's Pamela."
Next, Pamela had to defend why she brought Maria back into the boardroom. Pamela said that Maria "crumbled" once the camera went on. Pamela continued, "I literally had to replace her fifteen minutes before we went live because she was so bad."
Trump said that he felt Pamela didn't have a good ability to assess people's skills. In fact, Trump said he totally disagreed with Pamela's choices on assigning responsibility in the task. And as Pamela was still pleading her case, Trump said, "Pamela, you're fired."
Welcome Bradford_Fan! That I did and from my experience didn't matter one bit whether they wore pants or a skirt. There are some excellent female executives running major companies now. But like any position, there are competent ones and not so good ones from both genders too.
In fact I hired and promoted many highly qualifed women into management positions BECAUSE they demonstrated the best PERSON for the position having the necessary skill sets and accomplishments along their careers. I also fired men and women whom failed to work up to their potential and position expectations too.
So people like Pamela works well in the business world. Those who can't accept her leadership style are probably operating in lower performance organizations. Some might disagree with my POV.
