Simpsons poke fun at Beckham's affair
Marge Simpson pokes fun at David Beckham's alleged affair in her Christmas Day speech for British TV's Channel 4.
The animated housewife - who will go head to head with The Queen's annual Christmas speech on rival channel BBC1 - makes a cheeky reference to claims that the soccer ace cheated on pop star wife Victoria with his former personal assistant, Rebecca Loos.
Marge starts by saying: "My husband, Homer, and I have never been happier. Our marriage is as solid as the union between your David Beckham and Posh Spice."
However, the cartoon mother-of-three then gasps as she is informed through her earpiece of the alleged fling.
David and Victoria - who have two sons, Brooklyn and Romeo, both branded Rebecca's claims of an affair "ludicrous", but their marriage was later rocked by new allegations from model Sarah Marbeck and beautician Danielle Heath, who also claimed to have enjoyed flings with the handsome football star.
However, David also denied their claims and insisted there were no problems with his marriage to the former Spice Girl.
The star couple are spending Christmas at their Hertfordshire mansion, dubbed Beckingham Palace, where they are holding a christening ceremony for Brooklyn and Romeo.
