The dollar sign, two uprights entwined with a 'S' could be seen as the Twin Towers being symbolically attacked by the great serpent (satan). I did a quick check on the history of the dollar sign and it comes from the spanish paso which in turn represents the two towers of hercules. It may just be coincidence, but it serves as a pretty permanent reminder of the attack on american values.
I also read that the two uprights used to be a 'U', but this seems to be a very modern interpretation. The history of why the US used the monetary figures already in use in spain seems to be better documented. Even the oxford encyclopedia associates the dollar sign with spain.
Still, you cant fail to be reminded of the twin towers when you see the image.
Faces in the ice cream maybe, but this is one that wont melt away, its a perminent reminder.

That's just like folding money -
you can fold it to the point that it shows the twin towers on fire (truly looks like them) and on another one you can fold it to make it appear like the pentagon was hit.
This is on the 20 - - when folded - you see the east and west towers - on one tower it says United and the other says America
the same planes that his the towers right?

thats interesting, I can see it actually, I'm intrigued by the folding theory, I'd like to see it, I'm in the UK so I cant fold it for myself but can u get pics?

why is that freaky? just because somebody happened to fold the bill in the correct way once, and then realized that it looked like the twin towers on fire when seen from a certain point of view...like looking for patterns in clouds really, all you need is patience!

Yes but isn't that fun and at times freaky to see a white cow fly over your house.
One of the bills if you fold it you see a rat...fold another and you see the female private parts...but it is not something done intentionally, like paintings by Bev Doolittle where you can see many things at the same time, depending on how you look at her paintings -- great stuff ---she was brilliant in starting this new "style".
these odd things....just fun things to talk or post about...but I wonder who is doing all the hard work folding money to see what's hidden somewhere...prisoners?? it's gotta be someone with plenty free time on their hands
