Good on him! Cancer can be so hard to go through, especially because of a percieved lack of support even within your family, so it's great that even though Nelly is busy with touring and recording, that he still finds a way to let his sister know that he's there for her.

Dear, Nelly 9 months ago on the Osbuorns show on fox 40, you and your sister with cancer and lucemia appeared on the show. You guys were in search of a donor. Rapper Nelly has blasted authorities at Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga., after they scrapped a vital bone marrow drive he was scheduled to hold there.

I can definitely relate. I go to several of my own family members funerals every year. I just lost a cousin a couple of weeks ago. My grandmother passed away two days ago on Easter day. Plus, my father suffered two massive strokes back on January 4th that caused him to be in a vegetative state every since. I can definitely relate to tragedy.
