There not exactly clues, but more like theories, and I didn't know where else to put them.
In book five, in the Department of Mysteries it says: "Harry pulled Rons arm round over his shoulder just as, so many months ago, he had pulled Dudley's." It's a strange thing to say, isn't it, when Harry must have put another persons arm round his shoulder before. It kind of suggests maybe Dudley might have something important later on. But maybe I'm reading too deep.
Also the name; the Order of the Phoenix. It might be just a name they liked, but why did they call it that? Fawkes' feather was in Voldemorts wand, and later on, though they wouldn't have known that then, in Harry's.
