Is Sirius dead?

1. What color is the Avada Kedavra curse? Isn't it green? It said that Sirius was hit by a jet of red light. Maybe he was just Stupified?

2. As I said before, they never officially say that Sirius died.

Get those clues coming.

That that is true, he fell in the veil but maybe once you enter the veil, its kinda hard to come out, but what got me confused is that harry had the mirror sirius gave him, he could have used that instead of going in umbridges fire, he could have prevented this all from happening if he had thought of the mirror, but then again, thats what makes JKR's books exciting, but i dont think its the last we've seen of sirius black, i tell you, we will see him again! LOL
