Mr. Mxyzptlk- He was a little gimpy midget guy who pesterd Superman until you could make him say his own name backwards. Horrible.

Rage- Angry black guy in a mask. That's it.

Booster Gold- Looked like a fruity pants.

Dazzler- Roller disco superchick.

Iron Fist- He looked like a ninja pirate with a yellow and green costume.

I know I'm forgetting like 10,000 more.

anyways... I use to think toad was an awful badguy (and in some ways i still do).

Green Lantern: anything else you can do.

Aquaman: ok... he has my vote.

speaking of which, Aquaman in the Justice League cartoons (the original). His only reason of being there was to get captured every week so that the rest of the team had something to do.

Angel (before Archangel).... see "hawkman" above.

Superman: Ok, ok, you're in. Hawkman, you're now totally useless. Get out. Take Plastic Man with you.
