Umm, although it's REALLY hard to make sense of your post (and I mod the B2K forum ) I think that what you're saying is if a white guy (or group of white guys) rape and torment a black girl, does the father of the black girl have the right to shoot the guys who did it?
Well of course not. This issue is not about race, it's about rape and muder, the guys who commited the rape of the girl should be charged legitamtely by the police, regardless of their race. Rape is disgutsing. But for the father of the girl to murder the boys who did it, that is even worse. It's murder, disguised as revenge, but still murder. And if he did kill the white boys, he should be charged and sentenced as a murderer.
You say he should be let free because you see justification in why he killed the white boys. In that case do the fathers of the white boys who got shot by the black father then have the right to come and shoot the black father? Then the black father's father can shoot the white boys dads and their father's can shoot him and it goes on and on.
