Pam Ferris was great as Trunchball but it's a very different character to Umbridge. Umbridge is not physically intimidating, she is threatening in a much more subtle way. Can you really see The Trunch in a pink cardigan?

Okay, you've got a good point there, Mike. She is large, and very intimidating.
I picture Umbridge as this fat, squatty person, with toad like features to her face.
