I had the great pleasure of having Coffey sit in with us last night. He is a great guy, wonderful musician, and a strong Christian that makes the man glow.
I remember liking Coffey.. disappointed that he didn't make it at least into the top 32. He mention anything about what he thinks of what's transpired on the show so far..?
He only talked about how nice everyone was, and that he met some nice people. I don't watch the show, and didn't know who he was or what he was about until last night. You can't hope to meet a better person than Coffey, during your walk in life. He may not have gone past 32 so you say, but he is already there where it counts.
He was a smoothe cat.. we only saw him in the auditions though, maybe once. He's the one who's baby was being delivered while he was auditioning.. He was more slick than half the people who made it into the top 12, that's for sure.
YEAH I REMEMBER HIM..HE WAS A NICE DUDE AND SIMON WAS SUCH A COW TO HIM ...BUT COFFEY HAD A NICE SMOOTH VOICE HOWEVER HE DID GO REALLY FLAT ON THE 2ND AUDITION IN LA...
