These people have no more skill and talents than typical college students would have doing a class project.
They are not capable of doing the most basic tasks. They make bad decisions and don't work well under pressure.
I think their talents would be okay if they were college students working on a project. But, considering that these people have MBA's and other graduate degrees, plus experience with other companies....are these the best qualified people they could find?

I guess they all had to be pretty good considering they were chosen out of 215,000 candidates. Unfortunately due to editing we did not get to actually see what all they were capable of. We just got to see snippets.
Definitely more outstanding than College students working on a project. That is something I see regularly having a College student age Daughter. When I see a project being worked on it's not much different than what I saw in working on High School projects. Very scary fact!
DT said that the projects for next season are going to be tougher.
The bios of most of the contestants were pretty impressive if you ask me.
I know that when I was in college studying marketing, I could have performed the tasks equal to those shown on the episodes I watched.
Like I said, I only saw a few shows, but for instance, the one I saw had them going to various locations to buy products. They got together in two cars and went looking for the items.
What I didn't understand is why they didn't do something like this:
1. Have one person be in charge in the office making decisions and communicating with the others (I think this was the show where Sam was in charge of one group)
2. Have one person on the phone making calls all over town looking for the best prices.
3. Have another person on the internet searching for best prices. Once they have prices established, they might be able to negotiate for better prices.
4. The office would contact the others "on the street" to purchase the items when the best prices were found.
Instead, they were running around from one location to the other wasting time (why weren't they split up to cover more ground?) and failed to purchase all the items.
The ladies used their talents to be nothing more than what a Hooter's girl or a stripper does to get what they want. Flaunt their looks. It was so unprofessional. If one of my female employees used the same tactics I would be very unhappy.
That's the best they could do out of over 200,000 people?
