i know there are alot of Camile fans out there.. but i really didnt think she was better than Latoya.. Latoya has proven herself to everyone.. and dont get me wrong.. i like Camile but she hasnt been doing the best during the competition.. the only AWESOME performance she has had was in her group of eight. by the way what was the name of that song.

LaToya, to me...sounds like every other r&b lady singer out there... I haven't heard anything unique about her yet. I think that Jennifer has a unique sound, but she is going to need a lot of control lessons, and Fantasia has too much of a lyspe(but that can be worked on too) Never was a big Camile fan.... Really hated to see Amy go tonight SHOUT OUT TO MATT! stilll love ya! It's really up in the air for me right now still.... Though Jon Peter Lewis and John Stevens are at close runnings.

great! thanks! This is a very cool site, I have only been on here twice..tonight & last night. I kind of stumbled on this site by accident last night doing a google search fan sites or pictures of the contestants for my daughters! I am glad I did! Totally agree with you. Read the 3/30 show discussion thread. I've been calling her an "off the rack" singer.

Jenn was one of my favorites, but I think she tries to hard and loses control. She makes some odd and unnattactive mugging faces when she's singing -- and people are interpreting her facial expressions when she's been in the Bottom 3 as "bad attitude" ... when to me she just looks scared half-to-death. All this will cost her.
and Fantasia has too much of a lyspe(but that can be worked on too)
Haven't been a fan of Fannie from the start -- and SHE's the one with the Diva attitude.

lol@diggin really deep to find a reason fantasia shouldnt win... she has a lsype? so what. point made...she is different...not like everyone else...and that is why amy got booted off. she is the one who is trying to be like the girl from the first season of idol..with the pink hair....she is so not unique...i guess she thought that pink hair would make her stand out...but she only stood out as being one of the contestants with no talent....good riddens amy....

Okay, so apparently the girl from Season 1 is the only girl in the world with pink hair, so Amy just HAD to have tried to copy her. I'm sorry. I should have realized that. *shakes head* Did you even listen to Amy sing "Sin Wagon"? She was amazing. I never was a huge fan of Amy, and honestly I HATE that song, but Amy was amazing. She was definately a unique person, with the combination of her great voice, fun & outgoing personality, and amazing stage presence. I was sad to see her go, especially before some of the others. I'm not trying to come off as rude or anything, so sorry if it sounds that way.

camile was probably the most original out of all of the finalists. she had a differnt kind of tone to her voice that no finalists, throughout all 3 seasons of american idol had. she was quiet and softspoken, and wasnt always trying to get the camera on her like some of the others. people confused her shyness for attitude which is ridiculous to me. now that camile is off the show, she has better things coming for her. she'll be moving out to california and start recording music that is more her style. she has already written 3 full songs and has music to go with them also. good luck camile!!!
this is months later, but I am sorry but I don't like the fact that they are only 4 girls left. I liked John Stevens and JPL....I was upset also when they left and when George left...just don't like the show anymore this season

ok...I think the top 4 should be Diana, LaToya, Fantasia, and George (based on who the top 5 were)....I was just upset that Jasmine past George because I thought he was better then her.
I hope Diana wins because she has a good voice but at times, it does sound like she is losing her notes but I hope she does well.....I mean she is missing everything (her prom was last weekend....and it was all over our news here about how Diana is missing it) to be there...so I hope she does awesome....

Camile was great... did you know that at the time of the show, her vocal chords were seriously stressed out? She could have even possibly developed vocal nodules that have to be removed surgically(she didn't luckily, scary deal) but she perservered through the show. She is better now, I think after some rest. She also was having a hearing problem in one of her ears... but Camile is so talented. I read an article containing that information, and it was by her vocal coach during the time of the show. She said that the songs Camile wrote were very intuitive to emotions, and were very deep for someone of her age. A singer doesnt have a shot for greatness unless they have the talent to write great songs, in my opinion. I think that's why Kelly Clarkson is starting to kind of fade... shes got the voice, but not the inspiration and raw talent that Camile has!
