We have tried a little, I am not sure if she got my Private Message on it or not.
And while the enhanced mode will mess up all that stuff, it is still just a working theory. It may be a problem with her computer or something else.
I wish she had Hypersnap Dx 5, it's a program that lets you take a jpeg photo of your screen. She could take a pic of her screen and send it too us and we might be able to help better.
There is a way besides using what INR has provided.
I usually type out the vb code. A habit developed a long time ago. I'll just do and then just paste it as I proceed though the message on which I am commenting or enhancing. If I want to change colors I can paste [color=XXXXX] and then easily change it to [color=YYYYY]. And I just type the close as I go along.
It takes me more time, but I can use it in quick reply and it also lends itself to proofing my message and eliminating [COLOR=tomato]tomato soup as I prefer split pea

The tomato soup lobby knows I have never liked tomato soup ... except the ONE time I made it myslef from scratch ... and ... now for some reason the color tomato did not work for me
I tried typing it, and inserting via the normal mode and tomato has boycotted me

I just tried to fix the tomato color boycott. Let's see if tomato color appears in the quote of my post.

I worked ... now that was a surprise to me.
The color tomato did not appear in my original post because my explanation in the post included two "open" psuedo color codes with the [color=XXXXX] and [color=YYYYY] examples.
In my fix-it attempt, I just edited the quote and "closed" it.

Whidden, you want to 'shrink' down that screen shot you've included in here.
I really don't like scrolling side to side to read through a page.
Make it smaller, please...
