First let me say I feel for anyone who has been sexually assulted. Second this is America so what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty. Third eveyone keeps saying why would this girl make up something like this, well one reason would be GREED a quick way to make an easy buck. Due to media coverage it is easy to tell the girl has had some mental problems (and this coming from actual 911 calls) so maybe she thinks that she get Kobe to settle out of court and the sudden cash flow can make her think she is happy and that all her problems will go away. Another reason maybe for attention and I know that anyone who as been though this will say that nobody ever wants that kind of attention, but how many people have tried to commit suiside 4 times in one year. Most people that are truly unhappy and try to take their life suceed if not the first time at least the second time. After that is a cry for attention. So as a basketball fan and an American Kobe is innocent until proven other wise not by you, me or the media but by the United State Judicial system.

but personally, I dont see how anyone can decide guilt or innocence until they have learned all the facts....
This country lives by innocent until proven guilty....once people start the vigilante justice of determining guilt without the facts, then they begin to erode our system of justice.
Im certain people dont want that to happen.
You never know if one day one of you will be sitting in the defendants chair, and if that happens remember what kind of rash decisions you made about others before the facts.
And while you are sitting around wondering why you are not getting what every American has the right to have, which is a fair trial...remember you could have helped stopped this process of injustice and vigilante thinking.

This tiny town Eagle County ain't got a prayer.... even if their local citizens all know Kate Faber.... because if the jury finds him guilty..... the Defense will win on Appeal.
Just a matter of time..... a waste of taxpayer's money for a false rape claim. But again.... Kobe is innocent until proven guilty.
