Larke...

that interception at the end was just as painful for me as the Rams losing yesterday....They had that game dammit..(talking about GB today)...I was devasted that Philly won...lets hope Carolina whomps on them!

I feel for you, but look at it this way...it was a hell of a season for GB!

yeah, they had quite the upturn toward the end of the season. maybe if they had been playing like that all season... but it's over and no reason to beat a dead horse. right now i feel like i do when a distant relative comes to stay for a week. you love them, but you don't really want to think about them for a while after they leave.

What a great analogy! I know exactly how you feel....after yesterday!

I mourn GB's loss with you. As said elsewhere, I'm not up on the technical things, but Farve had a strange look on his face before OT, almost like he knew they would lose ?

The "analysts" are saying that "throwing to coverage" is how Farve plays (?) -- but that it was a stupid thing to do at that point and that with that move which resulted in the interception, Farve lost the game for GB.

Me ? I cannot figure out why the heck he did that.

Anyway, I hope the Eagles weather doesn't hurt Carolina.

Go Panthers !

Um, yeah Favre threw an interception, but had the coaching not been so STUPID throughout the game, we never would have HAD to go to overtime in the FIRST PLACE. I stand by the fact that if Sherman were at my front door I would have to smack the living poo out of him. How completely inept do you have to be to A) go for a touchdown when it's 4th and goal at the one yard line, when you are already ahead, and you have a field goal kicker who has missed I think maybe one field goal all YEAR from less than 30 yards, and B) NOT go for it on 4th and 1 when you know your punter has sucked eggs for the last several weeks and can't kick a short punt to save his life? AARRGGHHH! This STILL makes me SO MAD I can't even get over it!! Had they just kicked that EASY field goal before the half it would have forced Philly to go for a touchdown which would have been much more difficult.

I know, get over it, right? I CAN'T!!!!!!!

Shelley
