It has been decided in another thread that the current Star Trek writing staff is washed up. They have grown useless.
We need some new blood.
So, I nominate the following for the new writing positions:
Larke2000, Fuscia, Heck, Sean Kelly, Mmheshwary, Mike James, Chodder, Sierradaddy, and of course myself. (As I said in the other thread, I want 15 grand a month and my own travel trailer to sign with Paramount).
The Rebel would be the head writer/producer.
Anyhow, use this thread for your new story ideas or to digress into off topic chatter about various Star Trek ideas.

I would suggest we start a story which is continued by one member at a time. Since my imaginative skills are not sharp at the moment, I suggest that one of the other writers start a story, which would be continued by the others. Sounds plausible?
BTW, I would like to nominate myself to the position of chief proofreader. Can we have a vote please, for or against my nomination?

All right, since everybody is distracted talking, I will take liberty and title the first episode. It shall be called 'The Attack of The Communist Chedder'
Plot Synopsis:
Spock receives a distress call. He tells Kirk and they take the ship off course from their designated route to deliver space bananas to planet Falcon. They find the distress call has come from another ship, which is located on an unexplored planet. They land and find eggs, which hatch and attack Spock latching onto his face...
Well I am a writer... but for those seriously trying to break into Trek writing, it's very difficult to get the writers/producers to hear your pitch. And even if they hear it, there is no guarantee they'll want a treatment. It's a tough business.
As I told chodder too, Whidden, it is not the post count, but the content of posts that matters more, I think. In that sense, you, Rebel, Larke, Fuscia, KJ and (maybe) chodder (chodder - ) are way better than me.
