"You have to want and aspire to Trump's lifestyle to be like Trump."

Kristi grew up in Lake Tahoe, NV where she worked as a blackjack dealer to help pay for her college education. Kristi attended the University of Southern California where she graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Soon after, with her broker's license in hand, Kristi started investing in real estate and now owns two residential properties by the beach in Santa Monica, CA. Kristi expanded her investments and is currently a partner and co-owner of the trendy new restaurant, Juliano's RAW in Santa Monica.
What is your definition of "success"?
Success comes from having a passion for what you do and continually improving and learning those lessons that deepen that determination to your goals. Dedication to a single goal is probably the most important measure of success and one's ability to reach it.
Who do you admire most (personally and/or professionally)?
I admire courage, drive and dedication to reaching huge accomplishments. I strive to reach those things for myself and helping to support others to do the same.
What cartoon character do you most relate to and why?
I would love to fly like Superman, of course.
Kristi knows how to wiggle with some people. Perhaps business savvy.
Wonder whether she knows how to go up against a train like Omarosa. Will she get run over?
So what do you think about Kristi as an Apprentice on Trump's competition? Kristi currently owns Juliano's RAW the trendy new restaurant in Santa Monica , as a partner and co-owner. Not sure whether she was the one that said "25% sales were liquer and they bring huge profit margins over 300% . Kristi good at selling sex on Trump's show also . < -- Just Click Here

It turns out Kristi Frank, one of the contestants of NBC's hit new The Apprentice reality show, has a more interesting past than NBC has been letting on. According to Friday's Inside Edition entertainment news show broadcast, Frank also has a soft-core pornography past.
On Thursday's debut of the NBC series, Frank didn't hesitate to use sex appeal to sell the lemonade that was given to the contestants as their first assignment, even giving her phone number to one customer as a purchase incentive.
When asked her background, the series executive producer Mark Burnett, told Inside Edition that he knew about Frank’s racy past before production began -- and appeared somewhat frustrated that it took the media so long to uncover Frank's past. "You putting it on TV can only help my ratings," he told Inside Edition ’s Matt Meagher. "I wasn’t sure how long it would take you to find out. I should have called you myself."
They havent shown much of kristi but what i have seen i kinda like her but im pretty nuetral about her

Well, almost everyone would agree Kristi didn't wanted nor aspired to be like Trump at the 5th Episode. Kristi nominated Omarosa and Heidi to face Trump's line of fire, got run over by the two ugly mack trucks tonight. Heidi said: Kristi is tight with Jessi. I'm pretty angry (because of the lost) and Kristi selects "me and Omarosa going.... I'm not an idiot, no <removed> way...and I'm feisty...why am I nice?" Heidi says to Omarosa: "Take the knife out of my back. Kristi doesn't choose Kwame or Troy...(but Omarosa and Heidi.) The two takes on Kristi at the boardroom.
Kristi as the project manager wanted to lead by consensus. Her style didn't work and became the biggest mistake, as she admitted before the cameras. "Im trying to learn some lessons.... sitting back and speaking last." Trump asked Kristi: "Do you know what happened to the money?" Kristi can't, a responsibility she assumed and willing to take the heat as the project manager. Even her best friend Jessie sold her out responding to Trump: "Kristi made lots of mistakes." The biggest mistake unsaid was - Kristi listening to Jessie's bad recommendation to her "Say little as possible (in the boardroom with Trump). And Kristi agreed with Jessie: "I think you're right."
I happened to like Kristi as a person, but I'm not sure whether she would make a good corporate CEO. Nice personality, a caring person. She got washed out by the two city slickers tonight, Omarosa and Heidi. The beauty against the two beasts.
yeah- i think it should have been omarosa lastnight instead of kristi- she should have defended herself more! i believe that omarosa is 100% responsible for that lost money!
Omarosa would be definitely booted had she actually took the money and lied. Don't think that is the situation. We know the show is filmed first on location and then weeks later of editing and look back would have exposed the culprit had there been one. I would say that would be 100% the right approach.
But that wasn't the case here. The lost money doesn't look like a misappropriation but some careless mistakes. And there are all kinds of mistakes that can account for the money discrepancies. Wanta change your approach and shift blame to find the other possible reasons rather than jumping down Omarosa's throat?
i guess not- i mean i like putting the blame on omarosa because i like everyone else more than her- im nuetral about omarosa but yeah- its just easier on myself to think that omarosa was the one who lost it i guess. i think that if she would have been team leader, because of her background, their team would have had a better chance at winning, than with kristi though
Omarosa wasn't given the project manager team challenge yet as with Kristi last week. Maybe next week she'll team up with Heidi again and if defeated will be again nominated to the boardroom for Trump to fire one of them.
Okay, so you give the benefit of doubt to everyone else but Omarosa. That's cool. She doesn't impress you.
[my2cents]Like unique, I tend to look at Oma with 2 strikes against her because of her previous activities and disruption of the women's group.
In TBR (the board room ) Kristi should have cited some SOLID reasons for selecting Oma and Heidi.
Oma WAS given responsibility for the cash ... being later assigned as Financial person and also even if it was only Kristi asking her to watch her 6 and make sure she didn't drop/lose it. Oma didn't do it. The responsibility for the cash loss was Oma's.
Kristi should have nominated Kwame. I saw Heidi do nothing that warranted her nomination. Kwame was much less participative in my opinion, but Heidi was right ... Kristi sold out her former teammates.
Kristi listened to the advice of a young and less experienced "friend" and was slow on the draw in TBR. The minute Jesse said in TBR that Kristi was at fault ... Kristi should have changed-up and laid it out and protected herself. Trump really didn't have much of a choice, because she presented no reasons NOT to fire her.
Incidentally ... that was Trump's business tip of the week. "Stand up for yourself".
Oma could/should have gone, but Kristi messed up and was fired.

Forgot to mention that the team loss was really the fault of the whole team. They just were not into it.
I actually think that even though it failed, leading by concensus was the right approach as this was a new team.
Kristi nevertheless should have stepped up to the plate with a failsafe plan ( I can think of a half dozen ) and put it into action. At least then, even if they lost, there would have been more clear evidence of leadership that she could have presented in TBR.
An unsuccessful plan doesn't always make you a bad leader.

Back at the suite, Protégé regrouped to tally the receipts...Bernie then reported that Kristi's team tried to divide and conquer, which ultimately failed. They came in with a net loss of $75.78.
Omarosa was in charge of her team's finances and realized that they were missing over a $100. Kristi felt that Omarosa was setting her up for failure... Heidi conveyed her anger and frustration over her team's failure. She and Omarosa were sure that their heads were on the chopping block. Kristi tried to calm Heidi down, but Heidi didn't want to discuss it further. Yet, Heidi continued to discuss it loudly with Omarosa. Meanwhile, Kristi and Jessie tried to strategize about their boardroom appearance. Jessie advised Kristi to just be honest, humble and straightforward. She was a bit worried that Kristi would crumble under boardroom pressure. Kristi started off (in the boardroom) by saying she tried to lead by group consensus, which she now realizes was not a good idea. Bernie chimed in that he saw a lot of errors in judgment, which may have somehow contributed to the missing cash. Donald admonished them for losing money, then asked Kwame which team member did a lousy job. Kwame said first it would be Kristi for being an ineffective leader, secondly Omarosa for losing track of the money. Not surprisingly, Omarosa assured Donald that she could have done a better job as project manager. What was surprising was that Jessie piped up to blame Kristi for the team's failure . Heidi remained quiet until Donald addressed her directly. When Donald asked Kristi to choose two team members to join her, she chose Heidi and Omarosa. Once everyone left the boardroom, Donald asked Carolyn and Bernie what they thought about Kristi's failure. Carolyn thought maybe Kristi is a good employee, but not a good employer. Donald still thought Kristi had potential, but would he fire her anyway? The three women were called back in for Donald's decision. He told Kristi that he thought she'd been a star up to this point, but he was disappointed that she didn't fight for herself in previous discussions. Kristi was fired!
