"A woman that claims she doesn't use her sex appeal to sell, simply hasn't learned how to use it to her advantage." --Katrina Campins

What is your definition of "success"?
To achieve self acceptance and confidence; to laugh frequently; to earn the respect of, and influence vital decision makers; the ability to serve and make a difference; having the will to survive and thrive; to find the best in others; to leave the world a better place; to make your passion your profession. This is success.
Who do you admire most (personally and/or professionally)?
There are two women I truly admire, my mother and Oprah. My mother is my hero. She is an extraordinarily intelligent woman who taught me at a very young age that knowledge is power and that power is freedom - freedom to be, freedom to think and freedom to change the world. Which brings me to Oprah, who states, "When you educate a woman, you set her free." Oprah's legacy has established her as one of the most prominent figures in popular culture. Her contributions can be felt beyond the world of television and into areas such as education, health, fitness, film, philanthropy and social awareness. Oprah exemplifies the persona that I aspire to be.
What cartoon character do you most relate to and why?
ZIP! ZIP! The Roadrunner chirps as he speeds off, always one step ahead outsmarting and outrunning his pursuer. No amount of explosives seem to stop the roadrunner; no matter what contraption the devious and egotistic Wile E. Coyote purchases, how much his ego and perceived superior intelligence designs the perfect trap, or how much assertive and aggressive super-effort he employs, the roadrunner always prevails... leaving the Coyote, trapped in his own trick.
Katrina is a real estate agent as it says in the description. She's in/near Miami....her cell phone number is listed on the real estate website!!! Anybody gonna call? I was lookin for pics of her...her body is HOT!!!....I can't call though...I be a married boy!
It always turns me off when women use sex appeal to their advantage, no matter what lofty goal they have. It's such an "easy" way to get what you want. Does anyone think the teams should have been co-ed instead? Anyone who thinks the women don't have an advantage just because they are women and can talk men into practically anything just by standing there looking as they do is really nieve(sp?). Their team has an unfair advantage!
Well, SoInteresting, you're right about the over-use of sex appeal employed consecutively each show to gain the unfair advantage. In the latest episode, the girl's team started from the beginning by designing their game plan called "The Shooters" just like the current soft strip tease restaurant named after "The Hooters."
Even Trump's female personal chaperone and financial advisor Caroline agreed. She must of reported it to Trump about the obvious over-play to convince Trump to call a special meeting wtih ALL the girls to Caroline's Office: "You girls are all smart, dynamic and attractive women...and didn't have to rely on sexuality to win." One side used more sex appeal than the other in winning consistently. Next Episode, Trump will do a reorganization and mix it up, making the teams into co-eds to see who can make more money in the flea market.
Ken NJ, I hope mixing up the teams allows viewers to really see these people's abilities and business saavy. Yes, sex sells I know, but I think a person's ability in the business world is a much stronger draw for me personally. I can have much more respect for a person's achievements if I think they are due to "their smarts." That may not draw TV ratings, though. The mix-up should create opportunities, however, for more interesting interaction between people instead of just bickering.
Tonight's the night to see what each of the remaining guys and gals can do working along side each other under the tents of the flea market with a thousand dollars each co-ed team. Looks like they'll have to come up with some good marketing ideas and the business acumen to know what to get and when to sell. But this episode is another front line tactical display of talent rather than a true test of high finance at the boardroom.

I agree! I cant wait to see what is going to happen tonight!
Katrina speaks her mind about how her teammates behaved. She criticizes people's behavior. I picked this up on tonight's show. Katrina notices that he likes Nick as the project manager and his way of leading. She likes how Nick compliments people. Katrina likes getting attention.
On the other hand, Katrina dislike Tammy for complimenting and asking NY Yankee owner George Steinbrenner's baseball ring on his finger. Katrina felt didn't think Tammy should have asked that at the Yankee owner's office. I sensed Katrina fighting for attention.
Oh, you just like the challenge more.
Then people will notice your tasks at hand. You either fall flat on face or you come out okayed, withered and worn out. Hang in there, you're doing fine.
I sensed Katrina is holding back, just waiting to land a few on Tammy and some of her competition. Goes to interesting viewing the next episodes.
