I was just messing around with photoshop and I discovered a pretty neat effect (in my opinion). Take a picture, import it into photoshop, use the "cutout" feature, fallowed by the "photosopy" feature, and then change the color. Once you've done that, give it a texture. It looks like airbrush! (Kind of). Here's an example:
I made up this image for a paper I did on female serial killers....and used it as my title page...
You cant see it well (it came out small on here) but I fitted it to a regular page on film paper...and it is very amateurish, but it was very effective for my topic.
Anyways...any more stuff you got there sir sayzak?
Umm...yeah....I found the eye (after searching high and low) and did add the rest...if you look really hard...in the middle of the eye is an angel in black...and the blood drop is a tear...the hypodermic needle is on the right and the money is on the edge on the left....(most women serial killers are quiet killers...they kill for money and usually their method is poison...hence the money and needle)...
If I can get it bigger Ill do it....cause the angel in the middle of the pupil was really cool...the best part I thought.
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

Ok, this is a car I modified using Photoshop... I took about 6 hours in total. It is my first effort, so I hope to improve soon
The quality of the pic is pretty bad too I had to reduce the size in order to post it.

Do you want some ideas on how to make it better? I love critiquing art, and would be glad to help. But I don't want to seem like a(n) asdfg bustin' out with critiques.

The images are great, I like the eye, except if you found one with a bigger resolution and scaled it down to make it fuller that would of been nice.
The blending is very good, but the text is what bothers me. Suggestion: Find a wavy font like that, then warp it to get that effect if you like that.
Then obey my #1 Rule for gd, BORDER!!! Just a 1px black border would do the trick, and make the image look 3.5681x better.
are you talking about "They made me do it?" That text is from the movie.
for some odd reason, while the word "Ganya" was still just a thought-dropping in my head, I thought it'd only be four letters. But apparently it's five. yep.
