BECKHAM LINES UP MULTI-MILLION-DOLLAR DIAMOND

Soccer superstar David Beckham is poised to spend $17 million on a diamond necklace for his pop star wife Victoria.

The Real Madrid ace wants to buy the necklace -- which is built around the Blue Empress, a rare blue diamond -- to match a $3.4 million diamond ring he bought the former Spice Girl earlier this month.

But David faces competition from other buyers who want to take home the rare gem stone -- recently modeled by Yasmin Le Bon, wife of Duran Duran's Simon Le Bon -- from exclusive London department store Harrods when bidding ends on December 23.

An insider says, "The Beckhams love diamonds and this is one of the best in the world.

"David and Victoria are sure to have a good look at it before deciding if it's one to add to their collection of jewels."

Well here's the link to the website of the series: http://www.footballerswives.tv/
Ooooh it's a great series, full of intrigues, and also *****y models, anorexic models, stressed models... married to footballers of an imaginary football team. While flirting with their teammates... There's of course a strict coach, a beautiful gay-not_gay Italian in the team, and a lot of money in the game, and mean business associates, ... oooh just the way i like it.
By the way hasn't beckham recently been awarded by the Queen or something? A knight-in-shiny-armor in every point of view huh? My sister goes *sigh* "oh that Posh *****"

You will see that there are automatic censors set up on the board. They filter out words that are considered lewd. That happens with everyone. It's okay to use them, depending on the content, but they will be filtered.

Minimize superlative profanity

Most readers tend to prefer not wasting their time reading a heap of superlatives. Mild profanity will be tolerated in context, but not if it's just over the top. Some words are filtered out automatically by the forum software, but some others will make it through unchallenged. Please use your best judgement when it comes to using offensive language and use it only where you feel it strongly highlights your point.

I loved that series, footballer's wives, sort of a UK Melrose Place with football. They only showed one season over here, but it was so good.

DAVID BECKHAM'S NEW CAREER MOVE

Soccer ace David Beckham has developed a new career sideline he is teaching English in Spain.

The hunky Real Madrid star has recorded some sections of a linguistics CD where he helps pronounce difficult English words and phrases -- the disc will be issued with magazine Speak Up.

David encourages language students saying, "If I can speak English, then so can you.

"Learning a language is a difficult thing to do but it is very rewarding."

One of the phrases the star teaches on the CD is, "David Beckham is captain of England."

DAVID BECKHAM'S EXPENSIVE CUTS

Soccer superstar David Beckham pays a hairdresser $2,500 to cut his hair each week, despite only having 3mm trimmed off each time.

The Real Madrid ace flies out his longtime barber Ben Cooke from London to Madrid, Spain, for the weekly session.

And 28-year-old David -- who is married to pop singer Victoria Beckham -- doesn't even have his mop styled because he's growing his hair.

An insider says, "Ben isn't just a pal of the Beckhams. He is more like a family member.

"He is allowed into their inner sanctum, where hardly anyone else if trusted. He even sings old Spice Girls hits in karaoke bars with Victoria."

-----------------------------------
Hmmm, I think these guys have money than sense. A weekly haircut at $2500.00 and having your hairdresser flown over from another country is a bit excessive to me.

But that would so cool to be able to go to a karaoke bar and watch Posh Spice belt out Spice Girls songs, I wonder if she really is as bad as people say she is?
