The great lie continues to affect the decisions of castaways who believed Jon when he swore on his grandmother's grave.

Yep ! What you said, KJ ! He's a snake, though, at some point, maybe at the reunion or in his interviews when they boot him ... he will claim that although he engineered the deception, technically, HE, himself didn't lie or actually "hurt" anyone.
A luxurious strategy session enjoyed spa-style, with food, massages, showers and privacy, is spoiled by one castaway.
Just thinking wonder if this will be 3 people sharing a reward, and it ends up being a "crowd" ? Like Jon, Darrah and ... Lil or Sandra ?
Faltering alliances and redrawn allegiances leave no one safe, pushing one castaway to ask another, "You're not gonna betray me, right?"
Well Lil was shown saying something like this during the previews. However ... Sandra already asked Jon this last Thursday and that's when he said he would "swear on his Grandma". As I've said, they always include something in these "clues" that seems to have already happened.
There's nothing like a guy in silk pajamas proclaiming what a great date he is!
Very strange, but it's gotta' be Jon, right ? Which indicates he somehow manages to enjoy yet another reward. Personally, I would like to see Christa and Darrah get together so they can settle their differences. At this point, C/D seem to be the only ones who have anything even remotely positive to recommend them.

After returning from the Tribal Council in which Tijuana Bradley was voted out, Christa and Sandra Diaz-Twine, the 29-year-old office assistant from Ft. Lewis, Washington, second-guessed their alliance with Jon. Sandra and Christa tried to break this alliance by secretly lobbying Darrah Johnson, the 22 year-old mortician from Liberty, Mississippi, to join them in order to vote out the men. "I'm just gonna play it," confirmed Darrah, "Let them come up to me and see what's going on, and then I'll decide what I'm going to do after that."
REWARD CHALLENGE: WATER OBSTACLE COURSE
As the tribe convened for a Reward Challenge, host Jeff Probst explained that they would compete in teams of three. Starting from a platform in the water, the first team member would traverse a balance beam, then dive into the water in order to retrieve paddles tied to floating boxes. Both players would then untie three barrels from an underwater cable and proceed to a ladder, where the last paddle would be tied. All three players in the team would then jump into the water and proceed to the beach to retrieve their designated boat. The team would then race the boat to the water and paddle back to the first floating platform. The first team to touch the platform would win. The tribe was excited when they learned that the reward was a night at a spa in which the winning team members would get to enjoy a refreshing shower and massages, followed by a full dinner and a comfortable night's sleep in a real bed.
The team of Darrah, Lill and Jon took the lead, with Darrah making quick work of the first paddle. Sandra had trouble with the first paddle, setting her team even further behind. By the time Darrah, Lill and Jon made it to shore, they owned a large lead. They needed that lead, as it took a long time for them to get the boat into the water, which set up a closer race. But it was too little too late as Darrah, Lill and Jon reached the platform first and took home the most generous reward.
LAP OF LUXURY
After enjoying a magnificent plane ride over the Pearl Islands, Darrah, Lill and Jon were ecstatic to arrive to a full-service resort that would be their home for the next 24 hours. After a much-needed shower, the castaways enjoyed a massage, complete with cucumber slices placed over their eyes. They looked forward to a delicious dinner and a good night's sleep. "This was, bar none, the greatest reward we could be given at this stage in the game," exclaimed Jon Dalton, the 29-year-old art consultant from Danville, Virginia.
BACK AT CAMP
It wasn't so cushy back at camp, where Christa and Sandra pressed Burton about the strength of his alliance with them. Burton claimed he hadn't spoken to Jon about it, which concerned Christa because Jon had claimed he had. Burton said it best while talking to the girls: "No matter how strong your best friend is out here, at the end of the day, it's not as strong as a million dollars."
TABLE FOR THREE
At the spa, Darrah, Lill and Jon devoured a royal feast. Jon was the consummate gentleman as he wined and dined the women. After dinner, the trio talked strategy late into the night, clad in their pajamas. Jon played the women by secretly promising both that they were going to end up in the Final Two with him. "I had so much fun in explaining to D and Lill that Christa made me swear on my grandmother's grave," laughed Jon, "And I told them it upset me so much to do that. One of her last wishes was that I win."
A TRIBE ONCE AGAIN
After eating an incredible breakfast spread, Darrah, Lill and Jon to the Balboa camp. Jon regaled the tribe with details from their incredible trip. Jon and Burton quickly broke away to discuss their plan, and decided that Christa would be the next Survivor voted out of the tribe. In an evening conversation with Lill, Burton said he couldn't promise her a position in the Final Two. "What I've told Lill," Burton proclaimed, "Is that I would never lie to her in this game."
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE: MUSKET LOVE
As Balboa converged for Immunity, host Jeff Probst explained that the Challenge involved shooting old muskets at targets laced with kerosene. The first player to set three of their own targets ablaze would win Immunity.
The Challenge began with a bang as Christa took an early lead by hitting her first two targets. Darrah tied Christa quickly by hitting her first two targets in a row. With two targets hit each, it came down to Darrah versus Christa. Christa lined up her shot, took aim and just missed the target. Darrah then stood in, took aim and coldly set the third target on fire. For the second time in a row, Darrah won Immunity.
LAST-MINUTE JOCKEYING
As the tribe returned to camp, secret rendezvous were occurring all over the place. Christa was told the alliance was voting Lill out; Lill was told the alliance was voting Christa out. The numerous deceptions set the stage for a suspenseful Tribal Council. Christa put it best: "Lying is the way to go out here. Everybody has done it, and everybody has done it well."
In the end, Jon and Burton broke their recent alliance with Christa and Sandra by directing the vote so that Christa was voted out of the tribe in a four-to-two decision. Christa becomes the fourth member of the Jury and will ultimately help to decide who will win the million dollars and earn the title of Sole Survivor.

First off... Sandra and Christa were right to second guess anything that they made with Jon!!! He's a back-stabbing, jerk-off. I can't stand that guy. He really repulses me.
I can't believe that Darrah fell for Jon's lies. Thinking that he's going to take her all the way to the final two. Please... Jon knows how much people do NOT want someone who was voted off and got to come back IN the game, to win. So, if he goes all the way with Burton, he stands a chance. But, if it's Lil, he's toast!!! They ALL know it.
Sandra has got to know that she is next to be booted off. That was obvious tonight. D told her and Christa that they were all going after Lil tonight... and she knows that everyone but her and Christa voted for Lil. So, that's a scary spot to be in.
Great reward challenge.... I loved what they got, and that it wasn't one person getting to pick another. It was a 3 person effort and they all got it.
I didn't like Jon taking over and just ordering for the ladies, but he did a good job!! He's a rico suave, and he's trying to show that he is nice and trustworthy. Talking about his grandma... he made me so sick. I wonder what all those other Survivors think now that they watch this and know that it was all a HUGE lie. Time will tell... and I can't wait to find out.

Watching Jon milk his Grandmothers death and using this as a weapon is a low point for this show .
I can't believe the producers don't have knowledge of this "LIE"
They approved it? A new low for Survivor!!!
I don't find the show as pleasurable as when Rupert was on and before the lie.
It look like Jon and Burton will be the final two, as Lil is convinced wrongly, that she will be there with Jon.
This shows Producers are going to have to make some rule changes in order to get people into it for next year.
D
aka deltacent aka deltater
Life may not be the party I had hoped for.......
But while I'm here I might just as well listen to the music and dance..
The thought of Jon in the final four makes me ill. That's when you start getting the big money.
A man like that with money would blow it all on drugs and prositutes. I guess drug dealers and prositutes need money too, so it won't be like the money gets burned or anything, but it will still be a waste.
I'm with you K.J., I hate Jon. He is repulsive. I have not disliked a survivor this mush since Richard Hatch.
Well, while I don't like Jon... I certainly would not say that he's going to spend the money on drugs and prostitutes. We don't know ANYTHING about who he is, but that's a really bad judgemental call.
As we were watching the show last night, both Heidi and I commented that it's just not the same without Rupert. We really miss him, his dynamics, etc... He was the only honest person on there.
I feel sorry for Sandra... because it looks like her neck is on the chopping block. But, I'm still angry with her for letting Christa take the blame for the missing fish. Then again, I'm not all that happy with Christa either. I was shocked that she would tell Burton that she was willing to take out Sandra, THAT week, to get her further. Right... it isn't about friendships, but you have to stick with the people who aren't screwing you over. Sandra would have taken her all the way to the final two, I think. Or atleast the final three.
I really don't like where the show has gone. Sure, it's about surviving out there and making deals to get you further and further. But, I don't agree with the extent that it's going. And, I'm really not happy that it looks like two original people, who were booted off, are still in the game and might win. I think that sucks. And I think that Rupert looks really pissed off, sitting in the jury, because of that exact reason. If it comes down to Burton and Jon as the final two, I believe that they will award Jon with the money, simply because he was never brought back on the show.
And, I just can't get over his lie about his grandmother's death. And the fact that he keeps using that, over and over. I wonder if he ever told her that he was going to try to use that so that it would get him farther in the game. And, what she will think about this great deception, using something so drastic. I can't imagine that she is happy, and if she is, it says something about HER character.

I think in the next two weeks Sandra and Burton will go.
Not sure what the order of departure will be, Burton or Sandra first, but if the women don't excercise their gender avantage at this point they are too stupid for consideration. They have an "outlast" stamina challenge coming up ... for final 3, I think ... and Burton will be hard to beat.
They are taking despicable Jon along because ALL of them figure they have a chance to win against him ... and Jon knows they feel that way and he is using it to his advantage.
I think the final 3 will be Lil, Jon, and Darrah ... and that Darrah will probably win immunity and take Lil to the Final 2 possibly because of a previous deal between them as they are both "Morgans". Note in a jury vote based on former tribe alliance, a Drake could win.
See ?
3 Morgans
RyanO, T and
Lil or Darrah
4 Drakes
Rupert, Christa and any
2 out of Sandra, Burton, Jon
So Darrah will boot Jon and take Lil to F2 partly because with 2 Morgans in the final, the jury will have no choice except to vote for a Morgan.
(Side note if Jon or Lil would by some small chance win immunity ... Jon would take Lil, it's his best chance. Lil can't think for herself so she would take whoever best manipulates her ... seriously, she'd probably take Darrah due to the Morgan factor, and worry that the men as well as the Morgan v. Drake factor would choose Jon over her.)
Another reason for Darrah to choose Lil is, of course, because Lil is a re-tread and Darrah may stand a better chance because of just that alone. She also has not really screwed anyone over or lied to anyone ( that WE have seen ) ... and she seems to try to "respect" other players at least she uses that word in her goodbye comments to them and will use it when she addresses the jury.
I think, although we've seen little of Darrah to date it's due to editing somewhat compounded by Rupert's overwhelming popularity. I think she HAS been playing the game, but her strategy was to let the others cut themselves off at the knees and do themselves in. Hell ... she has even quietly and RESPECTFULLY packed her belongings several times to show herself as someone who doesn't rock the boat. Now she's inobtrusively kicking butt with immunity, and not gloating, just acting sort of cautious, grateful, assertive ( note the NO on the vote Burton out tonight question asked by Sandra) but is still being truthful and respectful.
Darrah's going to win.
