We still have to get through Minnesota next week.....
I know we won and all Sunday....but we got really lucky.

Martz said during his press conference that Bulger is the quarterback, and with the exceptions of 4 or 5 mistakes, he thought it was one of his best games ever....

Im not sure he was watching the same game as me....

how do you feel about that statement? Do you think Bulger played well against Arizona?

We are certainly lucky to be in first place right now.....hopefully we can get things together and keep it going!

About Bulger, I admire Martz for sticking with his guy, but come on. Bulger looked mediocre at best. 4 picks and 1 lost fumble. Martz can take responsibility for the mistakes all he wants, but Bulger flat out played bad and has played bad for 4 weeks now. Kurt Warner had one game to prove himself this year, despite playing bad last year.

And the fact remains the Rams have eeked out wins against sub-par teams.

On the flip side, the Rams are winning. That's the difference between champs and losers, winning the close games.

With regard to Minnesota, earlier in the year I was more worried. Since the Vikes have been struggling, I tend to be more cautious about the Bengals game coming up. Regardless, with the way the Rams have been playing, I am not looking past any team at this point.

The one favorable stat about playing the Vikings is that the Rams are perfect at home this year.

Youre absolutely correct....I forgot all about Cincinnatti!!!

I was figuring once we got past Minnesota we should be home free....

*GULP*

Oh No!!!

I think when Bulger is playing bad.....they should at least put Kurt in and give him some playing time.....just to be on the safe side.

I agree its great to support the guy, but why take a chance on losing a game because he's worried about his pride....I mean what else would you call it? I dont know...maybe he is still mad at Brenda Warner, and this is some sort of punishment.....seems childish to me to keep a guy in when he's not playing at his best.

Winning the game should be more important!

But youre right....at least we've won...

I totally agree!

I guess the best thing to do at this point is to wait and see what happens on Sunday, and see if Bulger is back in his groove. If he isnt, Im not really sure how much longer people will stand for it. (Especially the people in St. Louis). They (ahem....WE...I live here so I have to include myself I guess) are a fickle bunch of people!!

Martz was a great offensive coordinator.....Im wondering if he shouldnt have stayed that way. Maybe the job of Head coach is too much for him....

Do you think?

Well, sometimes I think Mad Mikey should have just stayed as a O-Coordinator, but after the HUGE win againts the Vikings Mikey looks like a genus.

I know.....he manages to pull it off right when people are starting to question him.....

its amazing how he does it.

I certainly hope they continue to play the same way they did against the Vikes from here on out....they need to stay solid in their play.

We need to win this week and stay ahead of Seattle.

Hells yeah. If we win and the New Orleans Saints lose then the Rams clinch playoff berth at least. Seattle needs to lose. If we keep a better record we should be ok. But that game against them on Dec 14 is huge. Must win. They own a better divisional record, thus own the tie-breaker.

We had better! Youre right though...that game is HUGE! I will have to have my barf bag on hand that day...I get overly nervous about games like that.

Hopefully we win on Sunday......we will win, we will win...If I say it over and over again...maybe it will work....

After all, Dorothy said there's no place like home, and she went home....maybe if we say "we will win," it'll happen.....

Ya think?

Did we manage to sqeak by in that game or what? Talk about a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach!!!!

I almost lost my lunch three times because of what they did....and I have to say that I thought Bulger was way off in his game again. Ive never seen so many underthrown passes in one game!

Is he trying to make me crazy?

We had better be prepares for next week. Im hoping the Eagles lose on Monday night....I just dont have a good feeling about having to play them on their field in the playoffs.

Well, at least we clinched a playoff spot! Thats always good!

Hey mystic, sorry I just saw the message today.

That game last week was rough, as was yesterday's!

But, the Rams are the 2003 NFC WEST CHAMPIONS! Oh yes!

Here's to Philly losing!

Unfortunately they won! By only 7 points....but it was 7 more than the Dolphins had...

Maybe we can win next week (YIKES....look who we are playing!) and the Eagles will lose....Id like to have home field advantage!

*Keeping my fingers crossed!*

We have the division and a first-round bye with at least one home playoff game.

BUT- since Philly lost too, we can get home field throughout the playoffs with a win against Detroit! OH YES!
