If they are still together David could sure use Linda's $250,000 to pay for some of the taxes on that ranch. It was a nice story-book ending gesture by Fox but unless the network will be providing him with TV or rodeo spots that pay cash that poor boy is going to be out of luck.
He can easily take out a morgage on the land to cover the taxes and will probably make some decent money from the talk show circuit, guest appearances, etc... to make the morgage payments. Depends on how smart he is or how good the financial advice he gets.
davids cousin- is david and linda still together- or what really happened- do you talk to david much anymore. (if you dont normally talk to david i wouldnt suggest talking to him now that hes famous- i made that mistake of talkin to my long lost cousin who was a top 32 in american idol and now all she thinks about me is that ill only talk to her if she is famous- ouch)
the taxes are paid for 10 yrs on that property
and they are not together now but will be for christmas
we don't see or talk to david only what we hear from the family, we never met him since the family moved to texas. the last we saw was davids grandmother about 1 and 1/2 yr ago when she worked in orange park , fl .at publix supermarket, david's grandmother is dh's aunt.his mom's sister
