Once upon a time, not long ago, I used to have a corp, with 75+ employees. the way I understood it we had to put a w2 or 1099 in their hands by 1-30 or suffer some kind of fine. the only reason that I can think you did not get one Is this employer skated paying his quartlies withheld from you....ITs going to get ugly when you file...delay your refund ETC. How did it turn out?
