Vikings vs Packers. Purple vs Green. Horns vs Cheese. The rematch we've been WAITING for! The records are: 3-4 packers vs 6-1 Vikings. This game could determin the rest of the season. It has a playoff feel to it already.
If the Vikings win they go to 7-1 and have a huge lead on the packers who would then be 3-5. If the Packers win they'll be at .500 and within a few games of the Vikings.
I have to work.

i love sunday night games. almost as much as monday night games. i guess i just love night games. looking forward to it. i just hope both teams bring their "A" game. win or lose for the packers i want a good game. looking forward to it. just days before "revolutions".
good to see you in here HECK. yeah i am unfavorably familiar with how the pack plays in domes.
let's see if i can use some fuzzy logic. the rams (5-2) beat the packers. the packers beat the seahawks (5-2). since the rams and the seahawks are in the NFC west and the packers are in the NFC north, that leaves this equation:
starting at the origin 0 is the NFC north packers. they defeat NFC west seahawks. 0 + 1 = 1. NFC north packers lose to the NFC west rams. 1 - 1 = 0. ergo (little architect lingo there) the packers are now even. although the paradox exists that they are slightly worse than .500 at 3 - 4.
I hear you. But the Seahawks are a sham this year. I've said so since the pre-season. Their 'win streak' was an abbaration, as proved by their loss against Cincinnati.
The Pack is strong and 3-4 is not the end. They just have to start winning. Unforunately, the Wild Card may be their last best chance.
Well... the pack controls their destiny. This sunday is KEY. That's why it feels like a playoff game to me... because in a sense it is a playoff game for the packers! I'm still a little irritated that the Giants beat the Vikings. I knew it was going to happen. i was dissapointed all week leading up to the game. Why can't the Vikings control their fate?
Please pardon my pseudo-intellectuaphilisophicalismysiticality.
Oh yeah... this game is going to be one that many of us football fans have been waiting to see. This will definately be one of the deciding factor games.

I am taking the Vikings in my pool though. Favre is playing hurt and in a dome, neither bode well for the Pack. If it wasn't Brett Favre, the Pack would sit a QB with a thumb injury of that nature. The guy is a stud, but I doubt he lasts the whole game.
I do want the Pack do win, however, I just don't see it.
I'm with the Vikes too!! The Packs are a great team... love the cheese! But, the Vikes are just playing too good this season. They are dominating, where the Pack is sort of being lead. So, I will grovel and whimper if the Packers end up spanking the Vikings. We shall see... but, I'm going with Minnesota.

Im gonna sit back this weekend and watch the Rams stomp on the 49ers....watch the Bills do what they do...whatever it is they do every week AND get a BIG piece of cheese and wear it on my head....Im gonna be a cheese head in the game against....against...well you know!
Of course thats just my opinion....I could be wrong. (Dennis Miller)

NOOOOOOOOOOOO! mystic! you can't do that to green bay! you can't pull for them! j/k
the packers look to be defeated, coupled with your curse there could be some kind of cancellation effect rendering the vikings helpless. hey, can't blame me for hoping.
I'm with Mystic... as far as the RAMS go. Those are my boys. I am a diehard Rams fan. I'm wearing my Kurt Warner jersey right now, as a matter of fact. I can't wait for them to stomp a mudhole in the 40-whiners.
And I still say it's going to be a looooooooooong day for the Pack on Sunday.
favre: excuse me, but you should call the cops or something, there's a guy in the hall trying to get everybody to take some kind of red pill.
oracle: i know you're the favre. be right with you.
favre: how did you know my name. are you're the oracle? like from that movie?
oracle: bingo. and don't worry about the dome.
favre: what dome?
oracle: i can see why they like you.
favre: who?
oracle: not too bright though. so what do you think? do you think you can win sunday?
favre: i don't know.
oracle: sorry kiddo. you've got the gift but it looks like you're waiting for something.
favre: waiting for what?
oracle: your next season maybe, who knows?
favre: coach sherman. he...he almost had me convinced.
oracle: poor sherman. without a win, the packers are 3 and 5.
favre: are you saying i have to choose if the packers win or lose?
oracle: you've already made the choice. now you have to understand it.
favre: no, i can't do that.
oracle: you have to.
favre: why?
oracle: because you're the one.
favre: the one?
oracle: oh sorry. i mean you're the four.
favre: so are we gonna win, or what?
oracle: boy get out my apartment before i jack you up!
