We transferred INReview to its own dual 2.4ghz XEON server yesterday and it seems everything went according to plan.

Hopefuly this should alleviate some, if not all, of the server busy errors we've been running into over the past couple of months.

Partly. There are some other maintenance things I perform throughout the day - including some automated things that run on a schedule. As much as I would like to avoid some of them - sometimes I need to get it done. That burdens the server and may cause a hiccup now and then.
