I understand completely what you mean about this strategy. Bustamonte has to focus on the Spanish prevalence in the advertising medium because the registered Latino voters are becoming his overwhelming concern for voting. Since Arnold has strongly spoken out against the illegal immigrant’s belief they need driver licenses, Bustamonte has the ability to gain even more of these voters than before. This also has a covert issue about the double standers that the media and general public demonstrate. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t consider myself a racist at all, just like you said Mustang, but I understand that this exists and I personally don’t believe it is fair at all, but it did happen, it does happen, and it will eventually always happen. But if Bustamonte wants to use this right now for his tactic, all power towards him because it’s a great way to campaign if you are of an ethnic group like this. But to try to get to your question, I don’t think that he is being sincerely racially tolerant. Since he is the only democrat on the ballot for the recall, all liberals of every race in California will most likely vote for him even if they never saw him shaking hands with a black or white person in any of his campaign advertisements. Sorry if I didn’t convey my message well Mustang, but that was a good inquiry Mustang.
